Interest rates are going up so finding a good home loan deal is very crucial as there's going to be a huge chunk of 800k or so fixed home loans expiring mid - late year.
There will be a lot of distress sales driving the market down.
Would be nice to have a home loan comparison page like for some other deals in these tough times.
Would make a huge difference
