Water based might be good for solo action, but get silicone based for the fun to last. The water based stuff is sticky and dries out way too quick. Never had a partner who liked waterbased.
Coconut oil is where it's at if you are open to life. The thermal heat transfer cannot be beaten and smells good. Great for massage and great for skin after.
As for water based SLiquid H2O or SLiquid Sassy
Silicone is great for shower or in the tub but doesn't feel great and annoying to wash off
+1 for coconut oil. That's actually my favorite probably. But not everyone is a fan of the smell.
