Overview
The Camp Plus S.I. is designed to provide maximum comfort for people chasing a versatile all around sleeping mat. Combining robust and durable 75D fabrics with the unique Delta Coring technique allows the removal of over 40% of foam for a compact do-it-all mat. Built thicker than the original Camp Mat S.I. and using horizontal Delta Coring, the Camp Plus S.I. provides great value, durability and comfort. The 75D polyester makes for a tougher, more abrasion resistant base, while at 7.5cm thick, the Camp Plus S.I. provides ample cushioning for even the boniest of hips. The high 4.3 R-value also means you can use it all year round. All Sea to Summit self-inflating mats feature a unique, multi-function reversible single valve, designed specifically for self-inflating mats. No more fighting re-inflation as you roll up your mat! Available in two tapered sizes and two wider, more generously shaped rectangular sizes.

  • Nice price OP, I have the tapered version and motocamped around the country- used with a low profile cot and was always a great sleep.

  • Comfort-wise, how does this 7.5cm mattress compare to a 10cm one like the Dune?

    • 10cm should be more comfortable. But Dune is a crappish brand. I would rather this 7.5cm which is lighter, more compact, has better durability and a limited lifetime warranty.

I have this exact model and it's great. Might be an issue for a fat person who would sink down more. Best bet is to be under 90kg

  • With shipping, its the same as whats on their website cost wise.

It's a good brand, bought this exact one from Anaconda while on holidays, very comfy and it held the air well (we just left it blown up for nearly 2 weeks!).
NOTE THIS: The first time you use it you need like 24 hours to inflate it (we did about 12 hours), it takes a long long time. But after that first use its great.

  • I've gotten sick of kmart inflatable mattresses popping, want to get something that will last and not end up as landfill.

Mainly use them indoors for kids when visiting relatives and there's not enough beds. I'll also use them for car camping (not hiking) occasionally.

So don't really care about insulation and doesn't need to be super-light. Ideally would not take up my whole boot, but doesn't need to be super compact. Comfort is important.

Do you think this suits? Or should i be looking at something else / thicker?

    Appreciate any thoughts.

Received it yesterday and inflated. It's light, not taking too much space and comfortable. If you're happy with the dimensions, it would be a good mat to use.

You can look for Zempire Monstamat or Exped megamat if you're comfort is important, they are a bit more expensive though. Recently purchased an exped megamat and it's comfy, but bulkier than this.

Is it much more comfy than the S2S?

Yes mate, exped is really comfy. But I wouldn't complain with S2S.
