So confusing for my small pea brain.

Don't worry it will become more confusing soon with another NEO G9 coming. The only differentiating factor will be in inches. 57" vs 49" in the title.

  • welp mrs not going to be too happy

if this was USBc or Thunderbolt for single cable to my laptop I'd consider it .. but I guess the target here is the high hz gamers.

    • I bought a usb-c to displayport with power delivery for mine, works perfectly. Something like this: https://www.amazon.com.au/CABLEDECONN-DisplayPort-7680x4320-…

Yes but it doesn’t charge your laptop does it. So two cables on your laptop at least one for display one for power plus usb hub if you want external keyboard and mouse. I can’t go back from usbc hub screens. So nice to connect one cable.

        • Yes it charges, you plug in your normal usb-c charger into the cable where it connects to the monitor. Charges as normal and functions as the displayport, it's just a simple power pass-through. For any wired peripherals I use the USB-A cable provided and connect to it with a USB-B to C adaptor on my laptop, connecting keyboard, mouse, USBs etc. to the monitor itself. Obviously not as nice as just 1 single cable, but USB-C monitors all seem to a carry a premium for just that one thing.

Just out of curiosity, has anyone hooked a ps5 up to this?

What happens/what does it look like?

From what I have seen online everything looked stretched, I wouldn’t recommend for console games based on this
