    I've heard the Costco sells a great flat stick. In Melb, golf clearance outlet allows you to demo some to fit your stroke.

    better off going second hand from Marketplace/Gumtree. Multiple shapes but beginners usually find wedge shaped putters easier than blade putters. Can usually find something for around $50-100
