FINALLY you can create them online. Last time I tried it in the store, it took ages (and no seats available at the machines) so I got the sh*ts and didnt bother. lol.

I've been trying to upload just 20 pictures for the photo book and kept stalling at the second photos, and now the site kicked me out saying it was in the middle of upgrade !!
They're great for the price. Got one as an anniversary gift and while I was wondering about how it looked on their machines at the store, it came out great. (The backgrounds look pixelated at the store machines, haven't tried online).

The website is a joke. All sorts of problems.
I finally managed to upload all my photos, and it puts them in the photobook BACKWARDS!
i.e. newest first. I can change the sort order in the thumnails, but not in the book.
There was a 1800 number for problems, but it seems to have been taken off.
The company doing this for bigw is Fuji, BTW.
Maybe by xmas next year they will have it working.

this offer has been extended and they added some new offers.. the site is really busy as everybody is getting their books made up.. but stick with it. it took me 3 days to finalise my order! but i got there in the end!
freddy keep trying. I found going on the site midday was the best time.. but after 5pm forget it.. it just keeps crashing.
re the photos going in backwards.. they just put them in the book anyway but you have to click and drag the photos you want over the book photos.. it's simple once you play around with it.
What, drag every single one? You must be kidding. It'd be a lot easier if they fixed the bug.
Plus, its not easy to manually get them so neat.
Is there any way to automatically centre a photo on the page?
Or to make two photos the same size, or aligned?
If I just drag everything, its going to be a bit rough-looking.
