        • nuts, should have paid for delivery! The jackets looked like trash on the Mitre10 website but look really good if you go to the Timberland website! What a mistake!

  • Never got an email to pick up so I rang the store. Apparently a lot of orders will not be fulfilled and there's a huge backlog at the moment. Store said to wait until they work it out and they will refund most orders. Probably should have opt in for a delivery instead :(

  • Rang my store (Malaga WA) to see what the go was as no follow up email since I got confirmation on the 22nd.
    Guy said he would call me back which he did, said I have bad news for you it doesn't look like this will be fulfilled.
    Said I should of received and email about it then gave me a 1300 number to call for more information which I haven't had the chance to get to yet.

  • Quite disappointed that my order was refunded. I placed the order quite early at that time and received a confirmation email at 10:27 on 22/2/2023. Do they first come first serve?

    • Perhaps, got my confirmation 12 minutes after the deal was posted and collected on Monday.

  • Got my order confirmation and picked up this morning. Only 2 out of 4 items made it through with the other 2 out of stock. No email notification of refund yet.
    - Jacket is true to size and looks quite good. Worth $50 imo.
    - Hoodie is true to size and good quality. Worth $35-$50 imo. The neck area is too tight. Any tighter I won't be able to wear it.

  • I placed two separate orders but the phone message only mentioned my ‘order’ was ready for pickup. I haven’t received any pick up confirmation email (has anyone?). So will see if I get one or two hoodies when I pick up..

    Just received a $20 Mitre 10 gift card. I've received nothing else yet. I assume I know what this means.

    • Came back to the thread to check this, as I also just got one and wasn't sure if it was phishing or not as it seems pretty legit. Bit rude if they think they can just convert to a giftcard instead of refunding.

      Funnily enough I got a call yesterday to say my order is ready for collection, but actually did two orders so maybe one isn't being fulfilled based on the above.

      If I can't get a refund with a chat bot, I will instruct my credit card company to undo the charge

        Ah that makes sense. I’d prefer the jackets but I guess if I get a refund and a few gift cards on top of that, no harm no foul.

    • For all who got gift cards - if you open the link there is an explanatory note above the ToC explaining that orders could not be filled and that customers would be refunded as well as the gift card for the inconvenience!

    3 $20 gift cards in an email, no elaboration. Very bold move. Sure as hell not accepting a refund in gift cards. What a bummer, should’ve just paid for delivery.

          The refund policy says "the method of refund will be the same as the method of payment" on their site so not even sure why they tried it.

  • Black hoodie is very nice. Like the texture on the logo, it’s discrete but in some light it turns orange. Well made and good athletic fit.

    Havent heard back from them since placing the order and getting the initial confirmation. But only recently received an eGift card for $10, opening balance of $20. Does that mean they are going to cancel mine hmmm.

      I did. I've been following it up; ordered on Wed, no news till I called on the following Tue, it was supposedly going to arrive on Thu, bc they accumulate orders on Tuesdays, called Thu at lunch time, it was gonna come in the afternoon, and didn't. What came were two $20 vouchers. I sincerely hoping this is an apology for the delay, not skimming me off cold hard cash for Mitre 10 private currency (i.e. vouchers).

    Ordered 2 jackets for my dad, then ordered 1 more for myself around 10 minutes later. Got emailed on Wednesday and picked up 2 jackets for my dad. Thought my jacket will be refunded, but got emailed yesterday my jacket is ready to pick up. Good luck

    Completely forgot about my order, so called up the store that my order was assigned to and they said that stock should arrive Thursday and be shipped out Friday…I guess another week of waiting…

    Rang up store last week was told to check in again this week.
    Just rang store and advise of refund.
    Shortly after, emailed came in to say a refund will be issued.
    No $20 goodwill gift card at all.
    I believe, I was probably one of the earlier ones to order and got nothing, a click and collect purchase.
    Don't think they are doing a 1st come 1st serve sale. Sucks.
    Its was to pick up from a Gailes Home Hardware store.

    Disappointing….
