The only reason we tolerate these places, is because of our requirement for oil

Yet, Australian first nation people are the most discriminate and poorest people in Australia. We like to intervene in other countries people and turn a blank eye to ours.

Rubbish. USA invaded Iraq and they have oil.
Oh, and what gives us the right to judge or "tolerate" another country and culture? The assumption we are superior is itself morally repugnant.

So we don't rely on Russian oil after all , could someone tell our pathetic government !
The most sanctions in the worlds history , Russia's doing fine ✅

Perhaps beyond your budget, but you can get a necklace with the name of your partner written in Arabic and cut-out in solid gold plate.
Unique and given gold is sold at only a minimal markup over the spot gold price, if nothing else you will have an ongoing investment in gold at an attractive entry price.

  • They have a vast array of dates (the fruit) there. Gorge on them and bring some back.

    • Quarantine laws?

      • I've declared them before with no issues. Obviously they have to be processed and in nice, retail packaging, i.e. not raw.

  • I saw on TV a while back a report that swags of cars are just dumped at the airport.
Compared to the new car price you might pick yourself up a reasonably priced Bugatti Veyron from their version of Pickles.
