Good price for the G Pro X Superlight, though not all time low. Have had mine for 18 months and am very happy.

I love mine too. I’m used to have grippy sides so the sides do feel a tad slippery for me. I’ve added the grip tapes and it’s pretty damn amazing now.

The grip tapes are also easily replaced, means you pretty much never put any wear on the mouse

      • Exactly. I hate mouse with plastic shine and it's super hard to find a good mouse with PBT shell.

I own the following mice, G305, G502, G903, Razer Basilisk, Asus Gladius and the G pro superlight.

This is by far the best I've used, the others are paperweights now.
Edit: The only gripe I have with the G pro superlight, is the micro-USB connector, however I do have the powerplay mat so it really doesn't matter haha

    • Do you need anything extra for it to work with the power play mat? Or will that work right out of the box?

      • The powerplay mat comes with everything you need, right out of the box. It comes with this puck you put at the bottom of your mouse that replaces the cover to the USB receiver, pop it in and you're good to go. Really easy, and although the mat is expensive, it's totally worth it.

    • I am on the regular G pro (also micro B) and did some research into why they used it, supposedly - I cannot find any verified info on this - they decided on Micro USB because the interface weighs less than USB C, because they know MicroB is the worst for getting all wobbily and shit they added the fancy plastic seating to the provided cable.

Having said that, I agree entirely the G pro is a bang up mouse and Ill be upgrading to the superlight when my current regular one dies. If I had to add one extra note its that I wouldn't hate a couple more programmable mouse keys, two is great but one or two more would be perfect, but I don't want that feature enough to give up the ergonomics of the G pro.

    • I ordered this earlier and then ended up cancelling the order. Currently using a G903 hero and very happy with it overall, it is a little heavy though. I would like to know if you would recommend this mouse over my current one. The main reason I cancelled is because of it still using a micro-USB. The other reason is that I use my G903 with both the thumb buttons on the left and right, which this does not support. I also like that the G903 scrolling wheel can click from side to side. Can the G pro X do this?

Would be interested to hear if you recommend this mouse for my use case or not.

      • Hey mate,
I'll try to address your concerns to the best of my ability.
Weight G903 110g vs G pro superlight (GPS) 61g. The weight difference is very noticeable, can't go back to the other mice.

I found that the G903 was actually my least favourite of the Logitech mice. I found that the extra buttons on the right side (I am right handed, use the mouse on my right side) I kept clicking them on accident, so had to remove them, I also found that because it was an ambidextrous mouse, it was not nearly as comfortable/ergonomic as the G502/GPS.

The GPS does not have additional buttons and does not have the scroll wheel click, or the infinite scrolling wheel. Although I do miss additional buttons, I found myself not really missing them as much as I missed how light the GPS was.

I would highly recommend getting the GPS.

        • Ok, you have convinced me to give it a try. Thanks for taking the time to help 🙂

  • Regular "deals" at this price but it's the best overall gaming mouse.

Very light, great battery life, shape is middle ground for different grips, clicks are uniform.
Negarives - slightly squishy side buttons and scroll wheel is notchy which might not be for everyone.
Community is strong with lots of custom parts and spares so lots can be changed.

I've followed someone on reddit to create an ultimate desk mat using Powerplay and XXL mouse mat. It's the best thing ever on my desk.

You can get cheap XXL mouse mats on Amazon
