      Our facility is also a registered NSW Food Processing Plant with a current NSW dairy license.

      Hi @Guffaw34 yes confirming it is vegan friendly. If you just ordered the non stim pre workout, no it shouldn't be refunded automatically. We have 3 flavours on backorder (Pineapple coconut, Crisp Apple, Unflavoured) but we will be producing more stock, so the order may just incur a slight delay until it's produced.

          @Guffaw34 I just checked it, the order has already been packed off yesterday. I think the confusion about the refund was the larger size Non-Stim Pre Workout 60 serve, which the system converted into 2 smaller sizes (since you ordered 2 mixed flavours - you'll get 30 serves in Crisp Apple and 30 serves in Mango Nectar).

          You should have received the tracking number by email. Any issues please feel free to PM Vanessa and she can provide you specifics if needed (I won't provide the tracking publicly for privacy reasons of course).

    Hi I was wondering if I should get the ZMA tablet from the clearance stock or should I get the ZMA capsules that are part of your sale? Is there a list of pros and cons for capsule vs tablet? Also, what are your thoughts about Horny Goat Weed honestly speaking worth the hype? The only Testosterone supplements that I've taken and feel like it's worth the bang for the buck from you guys are Ashwagandha and Tribulus. I have taken Tongkat Ali and Fadogia combo from another brand which are good Test supps too thanks!

      Thanks for asking. Realistically, minimal difference between the capsules and tablets besides the capsule shell or the binding agent in the tablets.

      For horny goat weed, I believe it would come down to the individual. There is however less evidence on this relative to other supplements for full transparency. You can always try it and if you're unhappy we will back it with our guarantee.

    Bit disappointing regarding my order. I placed the order on Monday and have only just been informed this morning 1 of the items is on backorder (fair enough considering demand with this deal). However when I contacted the team to discuss where to from here they informed me they will create a new order for the items available and in doing so I go to the back of the queue as if I just placed the order now. Apparently the system can't prioritise orders? Again understand high demand will result in delays, but you advertise 24hrs shipping yet now it won't be shipped over a week after order placed.

          I've fixed this up. The original order got held up because the Coffs Harbour Choc Banana went out of stock. But the original order has been split into 2, so everything else can ship off today. then when the Coffs Harbour Choc Banana gets made, we'll send the last one. Will that be ok with you?

      We have this deal earmarked to end Sunday 11.59pm at this stage.

      All flavours can be backordered except for the two sold out (Mango Sorbet, Peanut Caramel Cookie). You can proceed to place an order for any other flavour you like and once it's made up, we'll ship it out. It's unlikely that the proteins that are on backorder will be made between now and then, but by placing a backorder you will be placed in a queue and as soon as the product is made, we'll ship it out in the order in which it's been backordered. Estimated wait times are posted above and please rely on these more than what is posted on the website as I'm getting daily updates from our blending team.

      Hi @holla4adollar, just so you're aware you'll receive the credit within a week of your order shipping. So if your order shipped on Tuesday, you'll likely get it Monday or Tuesday. Also so you know, while you're welcome to place a second purchase, you won't receive two lots of credit. I hope this helps.

        I could have sworn the deal was going to end midnight (23:59) yesterday.

        Anyway, some minor site feedback. When I was adding my order, I was prompted to add the shaker bottle. Just as I was about to click add, the prompt dismissed itself. It would be best and less annoying to let the user accept or reject the offer. Just my 2c.

          Yes, we were going to end it yesterday but had quite a few requests to extend since some people missed out, so I've extended the end time until today (by 24 hours). We're running pretty low on stock so we can't go any further than this.

              We get a lot of support from OzBargain and although it's very time-intensive to reply to everyone, I feel it's very important.

              I'm extremely passionate about this brand (in case you can't tell lol) and I think this is one of the best ways to engage with so many of our customers in a 1-on-1 manner.       For our WPI? It's likely due to the density of our protein. We've found that depending upon the manufacturer of the raw WPI material, product density can vary substantially. The scoop should weigh out to approximately one serve when levelled off. Thanks for asking @Believ3r and I hope you like the product.

    Noob question, I don't do body building/ weight exercises and mostly calisthenics, pull ups, chin ups and planche exercises. I want to lean up tho, will whye protein help or just for heavy lifting exercises? I know i can google but wondering if anyone have first hand experiences? Thanks

      If you're training with a moderate to high degree of intensity, whey isolate can be beneficial to you post workout to help facilitate recovery, strength, hypertrophy (depending upon your training goals). You certainly don't have to be training with extremely heavy loads to benefit. WPI will absorb much quicker than whole food making it more ideal especially following a training session.

      I think it's when you're training at a lighter intensity that you won't really yield much benefit. If this is the case, the main benefit of taking a protein powder would really be if your daily protein intake is insufficient through food and you're looking to compliment a balanced diet.

    not sure why these good reviews.. didn't had good experience with online order.. my order was changed few times.. they have nothing in stock, why are you selling them in the first place then.. they gave me some options day later those are out of stock too.. seriously!! not sure about product quality.. jay can you confirm is it just me..

      Jay mentioned several times over the past few pages that some flavours will likely sell out before the deal end date on Sunday, so that shouldn’t be a surprise to any one. If you ordered early on in the week you wouldn’t have had any issues.

      Hi @Ref05 sorry for the poor experience and I am so sorry that we let you down. We grossly underestimated how much traction this promotion would have. Many flavours didn't remain in stock.

      Some orders were impacted by our system not being able to keep up with the magnitude of orders placed in the first few days, so if you did order the Mango Sorbet or Peanut Caramel Cookie, we had a handful of orders that aren't able to fulfil. We set both these flavours to not sell beyond once they were sold out (as they are both being redeveloped once sold out), but there was a lag here and you may have been impacted by this.

      The other flavours varied between in and out of stock. On these other flavours, we do allow backorders since more stock will be produced once ingredients are received.

      I completely understand where you're coming from. I do admit that we had been ill prepared for the volume of orders this deal produced and despite our best efforts, I think we can most certainly improve and take a lot of learnings from this promotion.

      Having said that, please let me know your order number and I'm happy to take a look into it. We can ship everything out that is currently available now (and send the rest later), or alternatively I can switch flavours for you. As of this moment, we have Chocolate, Vanilla Creamy, Banana, Chocolate Coconut, Chocolate Mint, Unflavoured, Creme Caramel, Cinnamon Icing, Vanilla Ice Cream and Matcha Green Tea available.
