  • Any link to it? What’s sos tape?

    • I am interested as well. Self fusing silicon tape? Handy to have for pipes etc.

      • Prob like flex tape?

        • +2

Not sure. SOS tape I think is just pure silicon that fuses (sticks) only to itself. No adhesive. Silicon = heat and temp and water (and mostly UV) resistant.

  • Can the ednuroshield for glass be used on car windshields?

Just get rain X, you know it will work

Looks like nocure has someone from Aldi. Aldi employees get early access to catalogues. Here got it sent over here

No need to be an employee of ALDI. It is already published but not made available on the Special Buys web page. You can manually change the date in the URL to access few more future days/weeks

In the below example: This one is already on the Special Buys website for 4th of March. So if you copy below first URL and change sat-4-march with sat-11-march you will get that page. It won't work for 2-3 months in advance, just for 2-3 weeks. Just make sure you change the day as well, as in sat or wed

Hope I was able to explain it :)

We get a lot of scale on our shower tiles so we bought a Tile and a Glass treatment.
They barely covered the surface of the shower and didn't seem to have any visible effect - possibly a case of not applying enough of the product but if we had to buy two bottles of each then that's a pretty significant cost.

    I wouldn't buy it again.

  • how are the digital calipers?

    • I'm doing good, thanks for asking, DC

    • I bought one before and found that they are not really accurate.

    • I have the $21 Bunnings ones which I think would be similar and they work fine. The sliding is kinda rough but they work good enough and if the ALDI ones are the same then $18.99 is a good price.
