    4K is a resolution, not a bit rate.

    This would work in some prosumer cameras but not with, for example, raw 4K from Blackmagic et al.

    Resolution doesn't determine the car speed you require, check the data rate of your device and purchase accordingly including allowing some headroom.

    Having said this, it's a good deal if it's genuine, Amazon have fake cards from time to time.
