AliExpress are currently running a promotion where you get these automatic discounts at checkout on Choice products. These products will have a Choice banner and when searching you can filter by "Choice Day" to find eligible products.
They'll also stack with the March AliExpress coupons and store discounts/coupons. As an example this US$64 portable monitor has a US$6 discount as part of this sale.
