What will stop me getting my cashback?

  • Using a discount code or voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
  • If you return or cancel your order then you will no longer be eligible for cashback and you will see the cashback move to Declined in your account.

What else is essential?

  • Most retailers calculate the cashback based on the purchase amount excluding taxes and delivery charges. So if your cashback is slightly lower than expected, this will likely be why.

            @TopCashback AU Rep: I used the SNSMD around 11pm yesterday, only tracked around 6am this morning, as $2.34 for $78.11 purchase. That's only the normal 3% rate. Shouldn't it be the time of purchase that count? It was still about 45 minutes to go when I finalized my payment yesterday

    Weird that the bank account number (for payout) requires it to be at least 12-digit long, not including BSB. Pretty sure most account numbers are only 8 digit long.

      I sent them a ticket for this a couple of weeks ago. They replied a few days ago saying the issue has been resolved and I can now try to put in my 9-digit account number. I just tried it then, and it worked fine. Perhaps raise a ticket?

        This is kinda vague. Even targeted vouchers that eBay lists on My eBay and are not generally available for everyone are found on ebay's site. Like those that starts with Redemption Code: HITEN******, PLUS5**** They usually are not eligible for other cashback sites. Can you clarify this?
