    I bought the 77" A80K from Sony a few weeks ago and there are so many issues. Now I need to get a Sony tech to come and replace the motherboard. Also made the mistake of buying their speakers which have problems also. Sony customer service sucks and is slow. Moving away from LG to Sony has so far been my biggest regret of 2023. This is a good deal if you're set on Sony but be warned of possible problems.

      What are the "many issues" you've had just weeks into the purchase with both the tv and speakers which require a tech to come replace a part? That unit has a 60-90 day DOA period depending on where you purchased it… if the motherboard was broken it would have been a straight swap unless you bought the unit second hand.

      So what's the deal? Other than you being full of shit with that comment?

      I also had a similar experience with TV bought from their official site. Poor customer service from Sony, long and windy emails. They reluctantly replaced the new TV after months delay.

          You are new to cashrewards?

          You have to go through cashrewards site to buy from Sony web site and they will track it and cash back you later, not from the purchase price.

          Make sure no ads blocker on your browser and don't click away in the middle of the process and don't add to cart before hand.
