    Fiji airlines … make sure you are not over your baggage weight limit , they charged a fortune when we were over last time we flew with them.

    How reliable/comfortable is Fiji Airways? Travelling with two kids under 5 - any general reviews would greatly help!

      Nothing in economy is good. Bring screens and a relaxed good attitude.

      Actually there’s something that makes fitting way easier if your kids are small. It’s called a plane pal. It’s an inflatable thing that turns an economy seat into kind of a bed for kids so they can fall sleep without laying on you. My wife and I fully endorse them when we have to fly to America.

        Thanks mate - i'll look into PlanePal! Sounds like a good recommendation. We haven't travelled this far since C-19.

      Reliable and comfortable. Good attitude from cabin crew. Superior to Qantas. They also fly less routes, so hopefully the chance of losing your bag should be less. Their pilots seem to be mostly Aussie.

        hm. I think they're roughly on par. Personally for Qantas' pricing to LAX i'd choose them over Fiji simply based on the stopover. Yes Joyce bad but let's not act like Qantas is running Jetstar a320-like products to LAX
