3 Months of Free Spotify Premium for Samsung Users (First Time Spotify Users) @ Spotify

700

If you open your Spotify app on Samsung phone you will see the Premium on the bottom right. If you click on that you will see the offer. I thought considering how many posts of Samsung phones were posted lately quite few people would find this very helpful.
Terms and Conditions
I couldn't find the link from Spotify. But I am sure it works for all Samsung phones. It's for first time users. If you are not a first time user you can create a new account in the Spotify App on a Samsung mobile the 3 month free option comes up.
Enjoy everyone.
P.S I am posting so early because I start work soon. I know most people are sleeping 😴 .

Get this and switch to turkey after 3 months… that’s the ozB way

    • Or people can change account and benefit from a different 3 month free Premium period. The only downside you lose your playlist.

      • +11

Make your playlist public and follow it from your next account
        OR
There are online website you can download.the list name and upload again.
This is the XX Ozbargain way 🤣

        • I didn't know you can do that. 🙂

        • what website is this ?

            1)Use http://www.spotmybackup.com/

in this first login into old account where you want copy playlist from..after copying it will save in json file . then again login using another browser or logout/login where you want to copy exported playlsit..and then import it from saved json file into other spotify account .

            • @danpier65: thanks man

            • @danpier65: will this allow you to add/remove/edit the playlist on the new account? afaik, I think I tried this years ago but following the playlist wouldn't let me amend any part of the playlist. Is this still the case?

              • +1

@txb: No, for that you need to go with the export import solution as above

            • @danpier65: you can also use soundiiz.com, no need to make your playlist public

      • OzRedacted 🙃

        • Doesnt work if you want to cast it over tv, chrokecast or alexa

  • No offer for me, S21 Ultra.

    • Are you sure? Then maybe it's for new users only. I will update title

No, I'm not. As I've clearly demonstrated, this deal isn't available to Australia.

    • It is available in Australia. I checked on a Samsung mobile . Your neg it's not valid. Most probably it's for first time users.

    • Do you have a Samsung phone to check? I checked before posting. Otherwise why would I post the deal? I don't get the negging. I am 100% that the offer it's available.

      • How do you explain the Samsung terms then? I added Australia, and no results came up. No Spotify terms, or Samsung terms.

        • +1

But it is available on the Spotify app on a Samsung phone. I checked before posting. As I explained on my post on the bottom right if you click on Premium the offer it's there. I am not at home now. Otherwise I would take a screenshot and send it to you. But if you don't believe me. People here can confirm that the offer it's available in Australia.

      Any US/DC resident

Why then was it posted to hot UK deals? Could it be that this deal is available in more regions? Could it be that because you've linked to spotify.com/us/ it's giving the US terms and conditions?

Agree. It's amazing. One of the main reasons I switched from the Fold 3, which basically had to be tethered to a charger while using the big screen.

    • Agreed! So happy with my S23+. The naysayers were wrong.

  • An alternative to spotify which is more of a "permanent" deal is the Youtube Premium via VPN trick (double check the pricing before committing as it's an older post) https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/731994
With Youtube Premium you get Youtube Music with it, I don't think it's player is as intuitive as Spotify but I've also had less instances of the song I want not being available as it will also search up videos which you can add to your playlist if the song cannot be found. But ~$3 vs ~$12 and with no Youtube ads definitely worth the effort to re-do all my playlists.

You might as just use adblockers then…. What's the point of that. Spotify has suggestions and algorithms would be better

  • This offer was available to me, but I had to ask to subscribe and then scroll down to browse the various offers (the 3 months offer didn't come up first)..If only I wasn't on a 6 month Amazon Music trial! One day I'm going to have to pay…

    Worked a treat, cheers OP.

  • Telstra post paid customer also get a 4 months free thing with SPotifyt and almost everyone can get it, as telstra puts you on a bigpond email address so most people do not check mails on bigpond email. let alone use it as an email, so you get that 4 months free anyways, as long as you are a post paid cust. The deal is with the bigpond domain.

Worked for me with an old Galaxy A5. Yay!

  • Thanks OP, worked for me

Edit: Does anyone know if you can still trial it if you cancel right away?

      @ DGrayson82
Does anyone know if you can still trial it if you cancel right away?

I have in the past and trial continued till 3 months up.

If it has changed it will warn you when you go to cancel. [ it also gives you a few questions to answer about why you are cancelling]

  • Just sign up for free for Bing and login 3 times in a row after taking the special offer. Then claim 3 months Spotify on any device not just Samsung…

  • I just signed up a new account from my older Samsung S21 Ultra and I got an option to trial for 3 months (mentions Samsung promo).

    • Yeap, it's a Samsung promo . Free 3 months on all Samsung phones.
