Impressive price for this chip. It's still the most powerful AMD CPU available with built in graphics.

Its still the most powerful AMD CPU available with built in graphics.

You mean the most powerful IGPU on an AMD CPU?

      • I never new this existed.. interesting.

      • The 5700G and the 5700GE both have the same IGPU. The 5700GE has a weaker CPU.

So, while there are two AMD APUs with the same IGPU, this is the one with the best CPU.

What they're saying is that Zen4 chips have iGPUs

@eepykate: I only just realised that yesterday. I did not know that Zen 4 had built in graphics until I saw a 7950X3D review yesterday.

Somehow, I missed that part of AMD's Zen 4 upgrade. :o

If you go to AMD's site and click "Ryzen with Radeon Graphics" it still only shows Zen 3 parts with the 5700G on top. So, I believed that we wouldn't see Zen 4 iGPUs until much later in the Zen 4 release schedule. That was what happened with the Zen 3 rollout, after all.

So, my bad. I can blame AMD's site, but also me not paying enough attention to Zen 4 to notice that it got iGPUs across the entire lineup. Shame. xo

Thanks for the reminder. I forgot about this thread.

  • Samsung SSD has 0E problem, pay attention mate!
