Good luck with price match at OW, any floor reps seem to get their managers on their earpiece/headset pretty quick and they zero in on the Telstra page where it has "If you already have a service with us, you can buy outright without adding a plan." - they will then say this is classed as a conditional offer from Telstra, despite the fact you can have no services and just click 'Outright' and go right to the end of the Telstra checkout where it asks for payment details.
