I found Otto Splash-proof Bluetooth Speaker Coral MS082 for $3. It is showing as in stock at Waurn Ponds.

    • Cheers for the heads up - found this one in stock at my local :-)

    • Yuck why did they have to make it pink for. :P

Is that what a guy really wants.

    • I would not rely on that site. I searched Officeworks for bluetooth speaker and found a different model Otto for $3. My local West Gosford store has it in stock, also Glebe and a couple of "low stock" stores. That site correctly identifies the speaker from the URL but shows zero stock nationwide.

There are a few bluetooth speakers on clearance for $7 and $9 as well.

        • Ah sorry. The state summary that shows "Delivery/click and collect" is all zero stock. That was as far as I looked. Looking again and scrolling down I see there is list of stores with stock. A good site after all and you now have a positive vote for it.

Don't bother calling Oxley QLD, systems shows 7 but they can't find any and they reckon they're stolen.

      Thanks. Saved my call.
But as expected stock system inaccurate.
Possible do get stolen due to small size.

    • Yep, 'stolen' by the staff member who went looking for them. Happened to me last year, got a good deal on a laptop for C&C from Oxley, only to get am awkward call saying it is not there… and um/uh sorry about that.

While I did not neg you, this is absolutely plausible and I have experienced this also in the retail space.

      • It looks more like a stock system error.
A common problem with clearance stock.

There are only 4 showing for the rest of Qld. So highly unlikely Oxley had 6!

When stock found isn't as shown on stock system - usual & easiest excuse given by staff is "theft" (someone elses fault), rather it's an error on their system (our fault).

Stock maybe transferred between stores without being removed from stock count. Seen that before in businesses.

Highly likely the laptop was a refunded faulty product that wasn’t returned correctly (the staff member could have returned the item for the customer within the 30days for change of mind but in fact should have been returned faulty), it’s likely this wasn’t picked up until your order was placed and they could only find the returned product.

Various models steeply discounted at OW Glebe. I have walked past them several times over the past few weeks but not been tempted, as I am certain that they will be absolutely shite.

new movie coming out "A bluetooth speaker called Otto"
