      Thanks, CC123
We just found that condition attached to that offer.
      7. Afterpay Terms and Conditions. Your use of Afterpay on eBay is subject to purchase eligibility and Afterpay approval.

        • -4

          yes of course.
          Thanks

      • Meh deal from you guys.

    • I tried to select Afterpay as my payment method but it said that “one or more items is from a category where this payment method isn’t available”. Any ideas how to fix?

      • I also have this issue and same with a few othwr boost ones any help would be great

        • On the OG afterpay day post, several other people had the same issue with sim cards. Oh well, $20 extra savings would have been nice but OP deal is still very good. Went ahead and purchased with OP.

Can you port from Boost to this Telstra Sim?

    • Looking for same moving from boost to telstra

    • Hi,
      Yes you can,
      Thanks

      • +1

Can I get eSim? is there an option to do that.

        • +1

Activate it normally using the Sim (credit is in the Sim itself). Once the Sim is active, use the Telstra apps to convert it to e-sim. Did it myself couple weeks ago

    • I think i have previously read that you may need to contact telstra to get a different sim in order to activate properly, or that might have been going from telstra to boost. You may have to port out to be considered a new customer and get the bonus data

  • 5g?

  • +1

Any benefit with Telstra vs Boost?

    • Telstra includes Zone 3 countries Boost does not.

    • Esim with Telstra, not yet with Boost.

      • pre-paid Esim ? are you sure? on Telstra website it doesn't mention anything about eSim.

        • +1

          https://www.telstra.com.au/coverage-networks/mobile-technolo…

That tells you how to switch.

If you go down a bit further to the FAQs section you can find this as well

What types of plans and services are available on eSIM?
Telstra’s pre-paid and post-paid plans are available on eSIM, providing you’re using a compatible eSIM-enabled device.

  • Can it be activated after 03/04, considering it's not 200gb?

    • +1

i have received sim and tried activating it…did not work at all. contacting the store now for this.

  • -3

It's $1.50/GB vs Aldi's $1.20/GB, on the same Telstra network.

    • No intnl calls and no 5G i guess.

    • +3

Aldi is not the same as Telstra, though the do share part of the Telstra network, just not all of it. Boost is the only other provider who offers the exact same access to Telstra network. You'll find aldi doesn't work as well in regional areas.

    • Aldi is the wholesale network (handicapped)
Boost is the only reseller with access to the entire network ;)

  • This is full Telstra network right?

    • +1

      sure is

  • how many GB am I getting if I don't activate before 03/04?

    • Only time will tell my friend

      • I think it’s 150GB

        I see on Telstra website

  • Whats the difference between this and Woolworth mobile which is on Telstra network as well? $35 Woolworth mobile comes out to be almost free after 10% discount on groceries and includes international calls as well.

    • +1

You spend over $300 on groceries in a single shop once a month?

      • That's like 8 items. Less if you include red meat.

        • +1

What 8 things you buying at $37.50ea? Honestly can't think of anything from WW i'd be buying for that.

      • Or maybe more. You can combine lots of unperishable items that you use throughout the month to maximise the discount.

    • +1

Check coverage maps (Telstra and WW), regional coverage is much better with Boost and Telstra compared to WW, Aldi, Belong etc. If you're not going to far from major centres, you're unlikely to notice any difference.

      • Thanks. That's what I was asking as the coverage cam depend upon the slice of bandwidth allocated to the reseller. I get 4G with WW and I am ok with it but the indoor coverage can be an issue sometimes.

  • why APAYDAY3 doesn't work on eBay ?

  • Have already received my shipping confirmation. Great Service!

  • Would OW price beat this? Also confirming conversion to Esim is doable?

    • +1

typically officeworks doesn’t beat prices achieved with coupons, but hey worth a shot.

As for esim, definitely doable (I’m sending this from my esim prepaid Telstra service)

    • +1

Just successfully pricebeat this with officeworks $237.30

  • can I use this to recharge my current Telstra plan?

    • Hi,
** This is a sim starter kit preloaded with $300 Credit. It is NOT a recharge voucher.**
      Thanks

  • Not much time for the sim card to get to it's destination if it needs to be activated by the 3rd of April for the 200GB. How long would it typically take to get to Melbourne assuming you're shipping from NSW?

    • Bought on the 20th and just got delivered to Melb CBD today (express post)

  • -1

Purchased this from another telstra post just under a year ago
Is it all good to use this and just recharge?

  • Can I switch my post paid Telstra to this?

    • you should be able to, you can also port out and port back in.

  • What is the difference in terms of reception between Boost and Telstra?

  • +1

How long does delivery take to Newcastle NSW 2300?
I want to make sure I have time to activate for bonus data

    • I purchased 2 x @9am yesterday and am still waiting for my confirmation email… I don’t think it’s going to be a fast process.

      • That's not good, however, I do hope it arrives in time for bonus data. I will give this a miss and wait for the next one

      • Dear Buyer,
We have mentioned processing the orders within 48 hours.
        Thanks

  • Hi there, just wanted to know if I put the order through tonight with express postage. Will I be able to get it before Friday this week? Thanks.

    • Even if they post it tomorrow, it depends on auspost because express post is not guaranteed next day delivery at the moment. They say most are next day and some are 2 days for same state and longer it gling interstate. 2 out of 3 items have taken 2 days in the last few months for me.

  • Thanks OzTechBiz for the promo. Just received the kit today and very happy with it

I've noticed a pattern when their emails often end up in spam so to the people waiting please check your spam box for the tracking number

    • Yes, it happens sometimes.
      Thanks

      • Hi OP, please respond to my email and issues. I'd like to get it resolved soon so I can get the data bonus before the deadline.

I bought 2. Activated one and the other is invalid (according to Telstra). Have emailed OzTechBiz and awaiting their response. Please reply soon rep.

BTW, even when I type the SIM into the Telstra website, it says it's valid but then the Telstra agent manually entered it and told me it's invalid.

  • Has anyone purchase, received AND activated their sim to confirm this is legit?
    Thanks in advance

    • can you try another agent? and why did he says it is invalid if it is sealed package and the Telstra web verified it. I thought you would activate on Telstra site and no need to speak to an agent?

      • I've tried several agents, over 3 days.

  • We have replied on this matter. It's very rare if a sim card shows as invalid.
It's more likely that the sim was missed scanning in the first place before sending it to the suppliers and retailers.
A full refund will be issued, or a new sim will be supplied as per the customer's advice.
    Thank you

  • Can i add on the number sharing thing to get cell working on my apple watch with this card?

  • Just bought one of these.. I am currently on a Telstra pre-paid long expiry plan that ends in 2 days. I'm planning to port out to Vodafone and back tomorrow (after Anzac day). Thinking that if I put in my request at 8am to go to Vodafone, and 2pm to get back to Telstra it should be fine? Anyone do this recently?

  • I got this a week or so back, delivery was nice and quick and no issues with setting up, good service, thanks folks!
