Oh no! We're sorry your last $10 Quarterly Reward got lost on its way to your inbox. To make it up to you, here's a $15 voucher, ready for you to use however you like. Why not check out our latest news and IKEA Family offers to help bring your dreams to life?

To redeem your $15 reward,* just scan this QR code at the check-out in-store. Or, next time you shop online, log in to your profile and apply discount code Gnil's Code Here to your shopping bag. Valid on purchases over $50. Voucher expires on 30 June 2023.

The twist is that I have well and truly spent my previous quarterly reward. on a whole bunch of LADDA's…so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Unsure if codes are unique, but someone else who has received the email feel free to PM me and we can confirm. Generic code.

Got told to show email in order to honor the discount at Springvale in the morning… :/

  • +2

Used it at IKEA Tempe NSW
    Was approved without seeing anything

Well done. If they complain I usually say, “It’s not fraud — it’s OzBargain. The sanitised name for fraud. Be very careful what you say next, because I have the ombud at the very top of my phone contacts, and we both know that Australian Consumer Law grants me perpetual immunity from disgraceful behaviour.”

  • Curious for those of you not getting honoured, have you tried using self service checkout? Just scan your family number QR and discount QR? Should apply discount no?

    • +2

If you go to a self-serve checkout and scan the discount QR code, it will trigger an alert on screen saying a staff member needs to review the discount QR code you just scanned, and you will not be able to do anything else at the checkout (e.g. scan more items, pay for your items) until a staff member has cleared the alert.

      • Hmmm well that's annoying.. Well I guess another way to try is if you just forward yourself any IKEA email and just replace it with the image that OP posted (given that they are only checking the bottom which I assume has your family member).

  • Still working with supplied code , cheers

  • Still working, absolute treat now that IKEA delivery is cheaper. Thanks OP!

Anyone tried at Rhodes, did they honor without email?

  • Okay Springvale is the problem. I am going to go Richmond then

    • Richmond so far works fine.

  • +1

Not working online. Shows in cart at delivery and 'your details' sections, but as soon as you continue to Payment, removed from cart total.

    • Code worked for me, just used it. I wonder if I can use it again tomorrow for the rest of the wardrobe?

      • -1

Further….if anyone has any $10 vouchers they aren't using, I would very much appreciate it, in case the $15 code doesn't work. Mucho grassy ass

      • +1

FYI - have used the code over 3 orders. So not one-time use for anyone wondering.

    • Same thing happened to me. I then went out of the cart and added the code before checking out and it worked.

Can also confirm - have used code 3 times on separate orders in Canberra.

    • did you scan the Ikea family QR membership code multiple times and the 15$ OFF QR code

      • No, I just used the coupon code for online, click and collect orders. So, yeah, really only got $10 off as the C&C fee is $5.

        • What happened when you went to go collect it? I just placed 3 orders for click and collect and wondering what they might say when I ask to collect it all.

          • @recyclops: Nothing at all - they just scan the barcode and bring out the order and give it to you.

I've used this probably 6 or 7 times over the last few months, never asked me about the code, never mentioned it.

I've only ever collected 1 order at a time though, so YMMV.

            • @Ori0n: @Ori0n same experience, no questions at all. Though I did feel bad that she had to go to back-and-forth getting it all..

  • Hi all, just wondering if anyone tried in WA recently? Anyone with the email, can you please send me a copy of the email please? Thank you.

  • +3

Ikea Logan needs the email, didn't accept screenshot

    • was this for self checkout? I did click and collect and they didn't ask to see it

      • Yes, self checkout

  • Still working online for c&c (a few days ago) and instore Tempe (today). Staff just swiped and cleared the prompt on the screen as quickly as possible.

  • Worked today for online ordering for delivery. Thanks OP! That was a nice unexpected discount.

  • Thanks, OP!
Ordered online today and paid $4 for delivery.
IKEA delivery is cheaper than in-store pickup.

    • Seem delivery a bit cheaper now, I got $5 Sydney.

  • Can this be used multiple times? I’ve got a couple large things to buy & gonna put in multiple orders over a couple days (to take best advantage of the $50 off $500) so would be great to stake this each time too…

    • Some others have reported using it multiple times e.g. @PleasureMachine

Best check with them how they approached it. Whether they used multiple accounts or otherwise.

  • Amazing, used at IKEA Marsden Park!

  • Asked to have my email scrolled up and down and carefully examined by the staff member at IKEA Springvale - be prepared!

Just used this, staff didn’t like the screenshot they wanted to see an email, so I scanned this and showed my $10 email

  • An IKEA family email confirms the Quarterly Reward is ending, being replaced by a new Rewards Keys / points program on 1 June 2023.

Essentially: Spend $5 to get 1 Reward Key. 15 Reward Keys equals $1 IKEA credit.

It's pretty crap: You'll have to spend $75 to get $1 or $750 to get $10.

If you can access the IKEA gift cards 5% off and redeem the rewards the total saving is 6.33%.

Introducing reward keys from IKEA Family

    Hej

From 1 June, your IKEA Family Terms and Conditions will be updated. This is because we're launching a new benefit: reward keys from IKEA Family. You can access the updated IKEA Family Terms and Conditions here.

You will see that the IKEA Family Terms and Conditions have been updated to:
    *Include details of how you can earn reward keys;
    *Explain how you can use the reward keys to claim rewards in-store and online;
*Remove the terms relating to the Quarterly Rewards, as these rewards have been replaced by the new reward keys from IKEA Family; and
*Simplify the terms of our IKEA Family program.

You can collect reward keys by creating wish lists, logging in to our website, registering and attending free IKEA Family events, booking and attending an in-store or virtual planning appointment or by shopping in-store and online.

As your reward key collection grows, you’ll unlock all kinds of helpful rewards including; delivery vouchers, product vouchers or food deals.

The existing Terms and Conditions will continue to apply until the new terms take effect on 1 June 2023.

  • Awesome , just used . Thanks OP

  • Just used at Tempe at app check out. They just scanned the QR code for me

    • What’s app check out?

      • In the ikea app you can scan your own items and go through a special checkout instore

        • Without staff having to see your email? And Is all ikea stores?

  • Do ikea do click and collect over weekend?
I’m going away for work on Monday afternoon and I believe click and collect is currently free or saves $5.
I want to grab a tv bench and use this $15 off I don’t think I got such email for $15 off.

I remember one time I did a click and collect and paid $5 and took the days to get back to me ready to pick up.
I’m not sure if this was mid week or weekend what I’m worried about if I go to hassle of using gift cards use this code online which works in my account then do click and collect order and they tell me ready to collect o monday which would not work for me.

Yes I could go to store and show this QR code but I believe people are asked to show email then what?

Or is there a way to make it more official when staff look at it?

  • still working for online c&c today, cheers.

    • Does it have an end date and do you know when the free c&c ends also I’m still undecided what unit I’m after for one tv but for other I’m settled on one for bedroom but I’m not going to be near or able to get one until at least 3 weeks.
Be nice if both this code and free c&c was still active then as nice to save that but extra.

  • worked at Richmond today - self checkout, no question asked

  • Thanks OP just used this twice. Once for shelves. And another time for 3 bags of meatballs. No issues! You saved me $30. Thank you

  • Can I use this multiple times? I have a lot to buy but if I can split into multiple orders and 15 bucks off each order will be very great for my pockets.
