  • Payments must be made directly with an eligible Westpac card that is linked to your ShopBack account.
  • You will need to ensure you opt-in to the challenge and only purchases made after you ‘Start’ this challenge will qualify for the $5 bonus Cashback.
  • Limited redemptions are available for the offer.
  • ShopBack In-Store voucher purchases are excluded from this offer.
  • Bonus is limited to one per ShopBack account. Additional transactions do not qualify for additional bonuses.
  • The $5 bonus Cashback is in addition to the regular Cashback you’ll receive for buying a Gift Card via the ShopBack app.
  • This bonus will be added to your ShopBack account within 48 hours of making an eligible transaction.

                  @souths123: Still unconfirmed I'm afraid. I'll always get back to folks as soon as I get an update.

                  As it's the end of the day and we might not hear back in time, my guess would be that pre-orders aren't super reliable in terms of generating Cashback, in reference to how other food delivery merchants work. From what I can see, Menulog have a 7-day window for their session time, so it's possible that orders to be delivered within the next 7 days may be fine, though I can't say with certainty.

                  As for the delivery service q, I don't think there should be any issues with this. I can't see any reason this would interrupt tracking, and they've not excluded it in their terms. For this reason, if it does affect tracking for you, I'm happy to sort you out with Menulog here, so you're safe to go ahead there.

                  Apologies I can't be more crystal clear team, but let me know if you have any other q's, happy to do my best to answer them and follow up with Menulog where I can.

          yes, as it doesn't say per SB member…but in saying that, any delivery and other fees are still not counted. I wanted to try a local Chinese/dumpling place close by, so, it is the perfect way to do it with minimal costs, as most will be the multiples of the delivery and other fees per order (I'll do a min delivery order of $15 to get $0.99 delivery fee + service fee per order). 3 or 4 small orders might cost me $15- $20 after the cashback. That seems reasonable to get an idea if I think they are worth buying from in the future.

  • I just bought a $75 super swap with my westpac card, but the bonus has tracked as the 1% bonus for using shop back cashback balance reward. (but no bonus amount is showing in my balance) The $75 transaction is pending on my westpac card account, so definitely charged on my westpac card. Not taken from my Shop back cashback balance. So I should qualify for the $5 reward

    Thanks OP. There is a pizza shop close to me that is classified as "delivered by restaurant", so that doesn't attract service fees. They also have free delivery on orders over $10.

    $15.50 for a small pizza, so will net a standard cashback of $0.54 and a bonus of $15, making a total profit of $0.04 and a free pizza. Thanks OP

    • Yeah you save it to shopback so it knows which card to look out for. Then you pay with your westpac card separately on whichever site you're checking out on.

    Far out.. Tracking is so slow. First order placed at 9:43am and still not tracking. Don't want to place more orders until atleast 1 gets tracked.

    My menulog order keeps getting cancelled. Think too many people's using it?
    Also, note that tracking may not work if you use the menulog app. Safer to use the shopback browser to order it.
