  • Does your store only sell vacuum? 2 vacuum deals in 2 consecutive days

    • It really sucks

Hi we have a lot products ,because of the vacuum yesterday sold out so fast ,and a lot people didn't get the deal, so we update this one

    • Looks cheaper than before

      Same model?

Why are there multiple associated and rep poster accounts

      Titles and descriptions varying

    • What's the trouver issue?

Where you blow $100 on a vacuum from Gshopper that dies 6 to 12 months in and requires a non existent $120 battery replacement

    • Mine is still working. It's a 99 lottery

The vacuum Def doesn't feel cheap though. For 99. Shame the batteries died on some

      • *on most.
        All three of mine.

        • Mine too. Ok if you prepared to pay that money and expect to get 6 months use. 👋

Once bitten twice Shy with these kind of cheap vacuum stick. That's right the Trouver.

What happened with the Trouver vac?

      • +2

Victim here, it was just $100 but battery only last 6 months and can't find extra battery anywhere in the world, don't buy this kind of shit, especially this shop, I still don't get any reply from here.

        • Thanks for the heads up

  • Any electronic mopping type things?

    OP… Can purchase spare battery?

    • +3

      No you cannot.

These things are basically landfill after a year.

Yes they are cheap, but I personally would pay a bit more and buy a vac that you can replace parts for including batteries, filters and heads etc.

      • +1

I completely agree with you. Don't buy the cordless vacuum if you can't buy spare battery. Lesson learnt from Trouvergate.

  • +4

Make sure you can buy spare batteries for this vacuum or any other brand. Got the trouver last time and only after 6 months battery was dead and cant find a replacement battery. Better go with Dyson, expensive but worth the money, and lots of replacement battery you can buy.

Don't do it! This is another Trouver or Viomi S9 landfill battery killer

  • Well I ordered 2 of these and paid via paypal and unbeknownst to me, it didn't pull my address from paypal info properly… so they sent out my orders and it just had the street name and no number etc… so it obviously got returned to sender.

contacting support about it and they just said "thanks for your feedback" … wtf -_-

    • You were warned… 2 negs vs 6 positive votes. Sorry you had to find out the hard way. Well your money would have been wasted within 6 to 12 months anyway

      • ive bought from gshopper before without issue, plus i paid with paypal so ill just do a claim if they dont end up resending

  • Issues with company and warranty ie Trouver
