  • i have a pair of these and they are hit and miss in others hearing my audio. I can hear others clearly but they tell my my voice sounds like I am 5 metres away. I have checked the angle of the earphone. To fix this issue I have to disconnect and reconnect the earphone by placing it back into the case and then taking it out again.

I found you need to be careful when holding the earphone during a call and if you accidently touch the earphone on the "touch" surface it will disconnect.

    • do you recommend any thing better ? dont want to pay the apple tax for airpod

      • Try the Soundpeats Live Active. They have rubber seals, great sound and ANC that is quite good (I use on flights). Currently down to $40.49

        • How do you listen to the in flight entertainment with these?

@schwifty: As Virgin have an app for in-flight entertainment they are connected to your phone already. I do have a Bluetooth adaptor for international flights but TBH I prefer watching Netflix/Prime/Plex/YouTube downloads on my phone. Better screen quality, no editting and most importantly no interruptions from announcements.

I have similar issue with deluxe version. Sometimes it seems to make it seem I am too far away and people have trouble hearing be.
Have a previous pair of soundpeats without an issue that these deluxe ones were meant to replace

Also these are annoying to get out of the case. Have to pinch the top of them to get them out or I'm just doing it wrong.
Easier with the old ones as in a flat case versus a stand up case.

      • Agree with you on getting them out of the case. The Trueair2 ones that are in the flat case are much easier to get out…. but I find these are better headphones, mainly because the Bluetooth works more reliably.

I have these and they're pretty good. Bought them because I prefer the old school buds shape, rather than the silicone tips. Have had no problems with them so far.

Same. I've actually bought them twice as I lost my first pair after about 6 months of use and had no issues replacing them with a new pair instead of shopping for a different pair of headphones.

  • My wife has these and was complaining about the audio cutting in and out, turns out it was the ear detection mode, switched it off in the app and they have worked fine since.
I have the SoundPEATS Air3 Pro and they are $63.19 atm. Great buy!

I've been using my (Air3) for just over a year now and ran into the same thing with my pair. Throughout the day I would have no problems inside, I would be connected to the computer for a softphone, Spotify, Youtube etc. When I went outside and sat on the bench at lunch audio would cut in and out, I lived with the issue for about a month and someone recommended turning off the ear detection mode and it has been perfect ever since.

I'm not an audiophile and only listen to Youtube videos, podcasts, and a little music, the main thing with me is the comfort. I can keep these ear buds in my ear nearly the whole day.

Something I couldn't do with my Samsung Buds and Buds2 but I guess that's Apple and Oranges in the type of earbuds.

  • I think these are OK for fifty bucks - as long as you can get them to stay in your ears.

  • These fit really well, super comfortable and don't fall out even during gym sessions.

What are the pros of the deluxe version?

    • Deluxe had bigger battery (5 hrs more playtime)

Deluxe HS has bigger battery and LDAC codec compatibility.

      Not every phone supports LDAC.

  • Been eyeing off a set for months now, finally bit the bullet on some Air3 deluxe.
    Thanks for sharing

  • These or JBL ?
