Hard to find this kit in stock, let alone with a discount. Zavvi have it cheaper, but they have had it marked out of stock for weeks now. It's a massive kit to build. helped a friend build theirs but still looking to buy my own. It is about the same size as the Liebherr 996 excavator.

  I managed to get the Top Gear 2nd hand for $30. But retail it's well > $100 for ~450 pieces.

  This one has almost 4k pieces, but gosh, a lot of the price of this and the Top Gear car is for the Control+ hub and motors.

    Yeah, that part I don't like. The same as the Liebherr… Most of the $$'s is in the motors that, let's face it, you wont use more than once or twice. I just want it as a static model to go with my Liebherr, bucket wheel reclaimer, Volvo artic truck and my smaller D11 dozer kits.

      Used sets start at $500 on bricklink. Shipping may kill the deal but it’s worth asking if you want to build it.

  $600 at ZAVVI but out of stock. I’m waiting for this to be restocked and (hopefully) with a larger sized cash back offer from either SB or CR.

    Yeah, I been waiting weeks as well… holding out and wishing… This kit is coming close once you factor in Zavvi is + postage and "no stock"…

    I am almost certain it won't be re-stocked. As of 29-APR-2023, the above URL was completely removed (error 404). If the product page is completely pulled, I doubt it will come back to Zavvi. I asked them on Messenger and they didn't give me any indication that it would come back in stock.
