It's just normal off the shelf Heinz original mayo. The tomato sauce is Heinz Ketchup. The buns are Tip Top etc.
Note - This is based off when I worked at HJs just the other day (29 years ago).I recreate the mayo by using something like praise mayo mixed with some sour cream, just adjust the ratio to taste.

Burgers are no longer better at Hungry Jack's.
I don't mind if they jack the price but maintain the quality. KFC zingers are much better imhoI used it last month and discovered that a rebel whopper is vegetarian. It tasted terrible so I went to the counter and told them it tasted awful. They said its a rebel. So I said to them take it and toss it as it tasted terrible. So they replaced it with a meat whopper.
Taste pretty similar
I miss the days of clogging my arteries for $3. With current prices, might as well cook at home. Cant believe anyone pays full price for this crap including McDonald's
Quality has gone to crap fast, the Whopper I had a few weeks ago was absolutely terrible (and it's not like I went to a different store or anything, I only seem to get HJ's from the same store every time I bother, which I definitely won't now)
Thanks to this inflation bs my homemade burger and chip making skills have become good enough where I'd rather wait and eat at home.
chuck the chips and patty in the airfryer. Much healthier than deep frying chips as they do in fast food restuarants
I usually combine Domino's app on rare days, then Mac Donalds for evening or night on coffees, chips on the app
And hungry jacks in the morning the app has better deals, way better deals for breakfast.
Most of the time the Mac Donalds employees ask how I rort their deals(I tell them isn't it on tiktok yet this trick, really you have no idea)
Overall never used the coupon since 2017.
Why don't they fix their app it's so slow especially shake n win.
The app truly is horrible… I think it actually drives business away as it never saves the username and password, and resetting it is a real pain because when you see a hungry jacks you can never be bothered going through the whole process so just drive on by

The burger quality has diminished significantly over the past few years. My burgers never look like the photos on the ordering menu. The side on view of my burger usually just looks like a burger bun and can't even see if there is anything inside. I wonder if this could be taken up with the ACCC as false advertising?

Inflation is one thing, but when the size,quality,service,range and PRICE travel in opposite trajectories, I think the whinge is justified.Maybe they should just specialise should re-badge to Chicken Burger Place, with a disclaimer that 'images and prices are not a true depiction of the product'.
First the burgers were bigger. Then they were better. Now they are neither.And then some.If they could deliver even 50% consistency of the same burger they did 20 or even 15 years ago, maybe they could expect the second mortgage rates. The components of a Whopper ( per industrial purchase rates) aren't exactly rare commodities.
Has everyone just taken the "price has gone up since last deal" as everything has gone up?
I compared both menus and the only things that have increased is 2 brekky wraps by 50 cents and Grilled Chicken/Rebel Whopper small chips and drink by 20 CENTS.
I know these coupons aren't great value but they haven't really changed from last time.. biggest change is brekky roll is $4 cheaper without hash brown and coffee.
I'll deffo use it when the OH forces me to stop there.
Still find there's better offers on the app.
Eg: coupons $4.95 chicken royale small meal vs app offer $4.95 chicken royale medium meal or app offer vegan whopper cheese $5 vs coupons 2 for $11.95.
Can do shake and win for better discounts or freebies too

There’s literally no deal here. Rebel whopper is foul. Small meal deals are too small to matter and upsizing costs too much these days. No bacon deluxe. No cheese on the whoppers and costs too much to add. $3 medium ice coffee is on the app already no voucher. Really sad to see Hungry Jacks enter the $25 territory per person to eat.

Same for me at lunch today. I had to drive thru without buying anything. Ha. Got Dominos instead.
This is pretty crap IMO, but I guess there's not much we can do, other than take our hard earned elsewhere.
So my local store (Dayton WA) reckons they are no longer taking these vouchers :( That 10pk of nuggets was the best!

if you zoom in and look at the bottom of the vouchers they all state "Excludes WA & TAS", that's pretty clear that all of WA & TAS are excluded.

For real, used to go there once every week/couple of weeks for the coupons, now there's no point..Complete rip. To top it off the vouchers section has been down for 3 days on the app.
