Found this in my Explorer. Get 15% back each time you shop in the following list of retailers.

    We've been using the Aldi capsule machine for a while, and it works ok (most of the time).
    Is now the time to swap over to Nespresso, so we can expand our capsule options, to include Starbucks, etc?

    Has anyone done something similar Aldi to Nespresso, and is happy to share their thoughts?

      yes, did this for that reason. got the breville creatista plus. Originally upgraded my parents Aldi one as a gift, and it was really good, ended up getting myself one.

      It's great, self cleaning function and minimal maintenance.

      I also like I can use Starbucks pods, or LOR works really well with them as well.

      Having used the Aldi pods machine, Breville Barista Pro and the Nespresso pod machines - the Nespresso is the best options for us so far. Better coffee, tons of options, not too expensive compared to the Breville Barista and quick and efficient with minimal cleaning required.

      Absolutely love my Nespresso the quality and consistency of the coffee is great. I would suggest tho that you only choose a Nespresso machine if you want to use Nespresso capsules. We used some other brand ones that we were gifted and ended up needing to get the machine fixed. Seems the aluminium is thicker on these other brands and it stuffed up the puncture function on our machine.

    Hi everyone,

    Wondering if I could ask about the experience with AMEX offers for AMEX explorer users?

    I've had the AMEX Ultimate for years but thinking of downgrading to the Explorer (mainly to avoid the $450 annual fee and yes I know I get the $450 Qantas credit with the Ultimate).

    My question to AMEX Explorer users - do you find you get most of these offers or do you miss out on a lot? I tend to get every offer with my Ultimate currently so just don't want to miss out

      I feel I get everything… there are some I miss out on, but the card is free so don't feel too disappointed. Feel like I get 90% of the offers tho.

    They reduced the Nespresso offer. My previous ones had $20 back for $60 spend on all my cards. Regretted not using it as I was hesitant on buying Nespresso machine without a sale .
