The 2022 Nitro 5 fixes all of the issues that were present in the previous gen. Comes with a max-powered 140w 3060 mobile with the mux switch that everyone loves, a very decent cooling solution for the specs that it's packing as well (see description in https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/753362)

From Jarrod's review I found that the laptop chassis is full plastic, hinge is not that sturdy (its not that bad) and the battery capacity is 57.5Wh battery. ( Max 3 hours running on battery).

  I have this yes it has 16gb ddr5 and 165hz 3ms 1080, can't fault it.. I got it for $1400 as it was their last one on display, I looked at the manufacturer date on the base before buying it.. was only a month old..

    yeah only fault i have is 1 stick of ram so not dual channel but will buy another

  I got the Acer Nitro 5 with the AMD 5800H and RTX 3060 last year for about $900, but it was refurbished.
