    are you sure it is 1300lms by just using 1 18650 battery? i have one headlamp it uses 2 18650 and it is 200lms

      Of course it is not 1300 lumens. Do you really want them to try and get that from a cheap torch? Would not last five minutes if they did.

        Well, it's still too expensive for a headlamp so I'll pass.
