You mean the google review? Seems to be written by someone who has never used a condensation dryer before. Do your dryer research before buying a condensation dryer and you'll be fine.
I have this, the drying "presets" do not work. Presets as in "iron dry", "cupboard dry", stuff like that. However, you can also set the drying duration to 30, 90, 150 mins, and that works great. Seems like the moisture sensor or programming is bad on this model. If you have extra room for the washer/dryer, iirc kogan and samsung has alternatives close to this budget. For me, this is the only one that would fit.
@damion this has nothing to do with dryer technology. It's just this particular model's quirk.
And fwiw this has always been the real "street" pricing, +- $50, so this isn't really a deal.
