I would strongly suggest not using them. I ordered from menulog on 25 Oct 2022 and had to go through lots of dramas until today, 1 Apr 2023 (almost 6 months), and I still don’t have any cashback. First, it didn’t get tracked at all until 19 Dec 2022. I was getting suspicious and emailed them, but instead of crediting me $15 cashback as advertised, they credited me 15% instead lol. I had to go through back and forth emails again, including lots of screenshots, then they replied slowly and told me to keep waiting. When I emailed them again to ask for an update, they replied ‘This is unfortunately how technology sometimes fails and thus the cashback amount was incorrectly calculated.’ and fixed it to $15 instead of 15% lol. I’m guessing that the cashback wasn’t even there to begin with, hence it wasn’t tracked automatically, hence they manually credited 15% by error instead of $15 as advertised lol. Then they told me to wait again, until one more month in January, and there was no progress. Then I emailed them again and they again told me to wait. When I asked them the estimated wait time, they just ignored me. And when I threatened them to post this story on ozbargain, they again ignored me lol. As of today, 1 Apr 2023 (almost 6 months), the cashback is still showing as pending and prevented me from withdrawing lol.

Looks like these guys don’t look serious when there’s a gap to fill with NAB the only major big 4 which doesn’t yet have a cashback partnership. Perhaps they just want to lose this spot to newcomer Topcashback AU.

Cashback is ineligible: - if using any codes or offers unless specifically listed on Picodi (including payment with credit/debit cards that have their own Menulog cashback offers) - on orders paid by cash - on pickup orders First Cashback with Picodi means the first transaction made through Picodi.com, regardless of the store.
Already looking alright for me. Made my purchase just after 6pm. An initial acknowledgement that I had clicked through to Menulog via Picodi was recorded in my account activity and for a couple of hours after completing my order no other sign of it having worked had appeared. However it's now showing as recognizing that I made a purchase and the $15 is appearing as pending in my Picodi account. Now that it's progressed to that stage I'm confident this should work as it's not in question as whether the clicks tracked. I'm happy they didn't leave me hanging a full 48 hours before showing the purchase had been picked up.
Contact OzBargain admins to get your referral system setup here so that referrals can be more easily distributed and in accordance with the rules.
This maths doesn't work out at all… Shouldn't I receive $12 per referral if 5 of them gets me $60?

Yeah this site is some b.s. I made my order on the 31'st of March and it's been sitting in "Cashback received" since then but will not progress to "Cashback accepted" since then. They said give it 48 hours, it's been 48 hours, they have my recorded click through, give me the cashback you absolute lying scammers
You go to file a request for help and their system asks you to pick the shop you ordered from - but there's no Menulog in that list eyeroll I tried to submit it anyway with the shop set to UberEATS but it redirected me to their Help Center, showed a pop-up saying my help request had been submitted but also showed me as not signed in. If I try and login to the Help Center with the same login details I use to login to the main Picodi site it doesn't recognize me.
edit that said, an email has arrived saying that my Help Center request has been logged and a request number provided so I may have been too hasty in assuming I was at a complete dead end at this time.

Cashback didn’t track and I didn’t even bother contacting them about it..
Mine didn't track and after contacting them they instantly added $15 to my account, withdrawable immediately.
My cashback for menulog was rejected at the final stage for no reason. Used code on Picodi, first order on Picodi, no problems with the order. No response from their support after a few days.
Anyone had issues with these guys Picodi?
