      For me, purchasing this has nothing to do with it being a Lego piece. I don't collect Lego whatsoever but have a strong nostalgic connection to this movie specifically (not even the series) and the car.

      The passion comes from what the car specifically represents i think. For me anyway.

      If you were a teenager/young adult in the 90s. The R32, R33 and R34 were just performance beasts compared to what was around at the time for a comparable price. The mods and body kits also available meant that for the time at least, they all looked pretty unique compared to your average sedan and as far as I'm aware, the Fast series is the first big Hollywood title to show off the car.

    This is by far the most popular Speed Champion going around but Lego will simply crank up the presses and eventually over supply it to maximise their profits . Meaning one of the other will be the best long term winner .

    Could you tell me right quick what would be a better motor for my Skyline, a Gallo 12 or a Gallo 24?

    Cuz I heard Hector is going to be running 3 Honda Civics with spoon engines. And on top of that he just came into Harry's and he ordered 3 T66 turbos, with NOS, and a Motec system exhaust.

    Mine arrived….packed in a crap bubble envelop…so the box is trashed…which makes it worthless for collection purposes but an excuse to build it! lol I should have ordered more than one then it would have been packed in a box. Managed to get a $10 refund from Amazon for the trashed box.
