    • There is no need . Most are happy with this peanut .
I'll hold out till a decent size incentive comes :)

  • I am interested in buying some Quilton 36 packs or 48 packs toilet paper. What is the best way to do so?
I am not Amazon Prime member, how can I get free delivery?

    • Spend $39+

    • I thought toilet paper purchase does not qualify for cashback

    • Just join up, save money easily over time and free streaming. Or just pay per month to test it.

As mentioned it may not qualify

Great to see some competition for CR and SB!

  • just bought $40 worth of physical books, let's see if it tracks….

    • still not tracking after 5 days …

      • Have you gotten your books yet?

        • yep already received the books from Amazon 2 days ago

          • @lhou021: Hmm, probably should have tracked by now. Can you see that they registered your initial clicks to Amazon?

            • @ozbs25: yep I thought so too, I can see 1 click to Amazon, but nothing else is showing up.

  • +1

Does this need to be $30 ex-GST so need to be $33 purchase?

  • +1

Are pencil cases included as part of Office Products? or are they considered Stationary? Also I'm assuming Stationary items are not included?

    • I would like to know this too. I clicked the link on the "Up to 17% off select Office Products" in the Big Smile sale but anything I want is then listed under "Stationery & Office Products". So confused. @TopCashback AU Rep ??

      • +1

        Hi @BunniBun and @annonymous_coward
I can confirm Stationery does fall under Office Products so items that fall under this category will be eligible for cashback.

        • Thank you so much for the confirmation!!!

    • Stationary

      Stationery (E for exercise book)

      • Oops I meant Stationery 😅 Also thanks for confirming @TopCashback AU Rep

  • Is the 10% on Amazon Devices capped or if I spend $599 I’ll get the full 10% back plus the $10 bonus and if I add $300 in gift cards to account still qualifies?

    • +1

You get the full 10% back, plus $10 cherry on top

I add $300 in gift cards to account still qualifies

      Yes

      • Nice. Know if Kindle and accessories is considered as Amazon device category?

        • Kindle is under Amazon devices yes.

          What accessory were you after?

          • @I Smell Pennies: Am looking at this and the folio case:
            https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B09BRW6QBJ

Shopback showing this which is worrying me:
            Kindle e-reader, Kindle e-book, Kindle Accessories, Kindle Unlimited ( subscription ) = 0.00%

Kindle is under the Amazon Devices section in Amazon so not sure why SB excluding it. Cashrewards seems to include Kindles in Amazon Devices.

    • the word "bonus" is extra in most cases

      • +1

T&C in post contains this line item - “ You can earn a maximum of $10.”. It’s not clear if this pertains to bonus or % cashback.

        • $10 for the bonus and +% for the regular so 2 separate T&Cs should be

  • +3

There has to be easy way to submit a link and get answer if eligible for bonus or not. Otherwise too risky.

    • Amazon free returns
      No risk

  • Are items from USA eligible for cashback?

  • @TopCashback AU Rep Hi again, is the minimum spend $30 inclusive of GST or is it $33.30 with GST to qualify?

    • +1

Hi @trixieb we've taken GST into account so it'll be minimum spend of $30 inclusive of GST.

  • @TopCashback AU Rep
Is subscribe and save eligible for Cashback ?

    • Usually initial purchase is valid on the cashback sites but subsequent no.

    • But I think all S&S items fall into those categories which are not eligible for cashback. Let me know if you find any that do not

  • Are SD cards eligible ?? It's a bit confusing under which category they fall in.

    • Looks like "Electronics based on site. When on desktop browser with "product page open look at top of page at the categories. Far left is the main category. I've clicked on various SD cards and all showing "Electronics" top left. FYI the parent category doesnt get shown on mobile browser unless you enable "desktop site" mode.

      • Thankyou !!

      • I guess you missed my comment earlier https://www.ozbargain.com.au/comment/13575426/redir

So the category may well actually be Computers @Zuba

After you click through to the item from your browsing history page, the category shown then in the top left is definitely the actual category for cashback purposes.

Do you think the newest-HP-Virtual-Reality-Head set goes under electronics? Will it qualify for the cashback?

    Link:https://www.amazon.com.au/Newest-HP-Virtual-Reality-Headset/dp/B09Z6L3SWM/ref=asc_df_B09Z6L3SWM/?tag=googleshopmob-22&linkCode=df0&hvadid=466458752877&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=11526334085915869293&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=m&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9071791&hvtargid=pla-1655894652369&psc=1

    • Looks like electronics based on details I've written in above post. If falling under a valid category there's no reason it wouldn't qualify. I calculate you would get approx $15.49 back based on 2% of the ex-GST amount however T&Cs lists this item - “ You can earn a maximum of $10.”. It’s unclear if this pertains to bonus or cashback.

  • Anyone knows if book sells by Amazon UK (but order normally via Amazon AU) will qualify?

    • shouldn’t matter

    • I've had orderrs tracked by other cashback sites placed on amazon.com.au but sent internationally ok (Prime free shipping) in the past.

  • @TopCashback AU Rep: I'm trying to find which category this item falls into: https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B09Y8X8Y3R?th=1
Is it considered "apparel"? Is it eligible for the $10 bonus? Thanks.

    • Would have thought an umbrella would come under accessories which has more cashback than apparel.

    • Hi @Averell it looks like that item is currently unavailable. Did you have another item that you would like to purchase so that I can check for you?

      • Thank you.
When you said "unavailable", did you mean there will be cashback for that? As I could still add it to cart and continue with the purchase.

      • Could you please help check this one?
        Thanks.

        • +1

Hi @Averell, looking at the additional information section, this item falls under computers which unfortunately isnt elgibel for cashback.

  • @TopCashback AU Rep Is USB C fast charger in electronic or computing? like this https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B09QJJGMQH Thanks

    • Hi @jowu15 that item falls under Electronics which is eligible for cashback.

      • Thanks

  • Damn I needed to buy some extra security cameras but apparently the camera category is excluded.

The list of inclusions/exclusions is confusing too.

  • @TopCashback AU Rep Those this fall into any eligible category?

    https://www.amazon.com.au/MOTYYA-Protector-Protection-Transp…

    • Hi @lolcoaster it looks like that item falls under Home which unfortunately you arent able to earn cashback on.

  • ended up getting some bonds undies, they are under accessories category, 9% cashback + $10 bonus. lets see how much get tracked by topcashback

  • So @TopCashback AU Rep, https://amzn.asia/d/9k71Puw which is under Computers›Components, are ineligible for cashback too?

    • +1

Hi @timliu1996 correct yes, as this item falls under Computers, it is ineligible for cashback.

  • How long does TopCashback normally take to track? I made an Amazon purchase yesterday afternoon with this deal.

    • +1

Less than 24 hours after it ships

  • Anyone have the bonus cashback showing as pending in their account? My amazon purchases showed up but not the bonus.

    • Like what @tharlow said above, it's showing up the day after the items delivered in my case, as well as the $10 bonus

      • I kinda figured they may take that into account so I ordered a different book to the one I really wanted to get. The one we really wanted had a dispatch delay of a few weeks. Not sure when it appeared on TCB but the $10 bonus is there.

        • Yeah no TCB Bonus showing in my earnings. Wonder if it's due to the Amazon purchase showing up as 2 separate transactions i.e. 2x$20 purchases in one transaction rather than just the one >$30 purchase.

          • +1

@nugstar: Looks like it was just slow to show up. Bonus cashback now tracking. Perhaps delayed due to the "split" order.

            • +1

@nugstar: Hi @alcheron, sorry for the delay here - you're exactly right. Because of the way Amazon track items, it meant that we had to work through orders like yours that were 'split' and apply the bonus after. Glad to hear you’ve now got your bonus.

    • My transaction never showed up in purchases. It wasn't even clear that the app was running within a topcashback browser or anything (similar to cash rewards) but it did say transaction has been recorded or something.

They store rep is pretty helpful so I put in a claim but nothing yet. An app for Australia would be handy.

  • Mine still hasn’t tracked

  • My order still hasn't tracked either :(

  • Hi @TopCashback AU Rep,

I activated the offer and bought 2 physical books. The books themselves have tracked separately (and have in fact are already confirmed) but the bonus $10 is not showing up. Attempting to submit a ticket ends up in me being asked to raise a claim, which doens't seem like the right solution since it just assumes the 2% for books. Any advice on what to do next?

    • I was asked to submit a claim also for several physical books bought in one transaction. I would assume that if the claim is approved that the bonus would be paid.

    • +1

      Hi @Etherkai,

Thanks for raising this - please can you DM the email address that you signed up with on TopCashback so that I can look into this for you?

  • Mine has just tracked but no bonus showing.

    • Hi @povertytrap

Thanks for raising this - please can you DM the email address that you signed up with on TopCashback so that I can look into this for you?

  • Still waiting for update too, nothing on the website yet under earnings.

  • Any plans on an app for Australia?
The topcash website/user summary seems a bit light on, maybe not clear that you've clicked through the site properly?

    • Hi @G-rig, we're definitely looking into developing an app version for Australia. Please stay tuned!

      • Hi mate

I think that would work a lot better to be honest.

Any update on this, 3 weeks already - are you able to add the $10 bonus at least to the earnings?

  • Seems like a scam.
Hopefully Nord VPN gets honoured at least but still says pending after a long time.

  • +1

Nothing tracked yet. Lodged query and no reply. Might be wary of using in the future if not addressed.

    • Hi @ScrubCorps, apologies for the delay - please rest assured that we are looking into your query and will let you know as soon as we have an update.

    • Same, they followed up Amazon but nothing for 3 weeks now. No bonus 10$ tracked either.

      • Hey @G-rig

Apologies for the delay here. Still chasing this up for you and hope to have a resolution before the end of the week. I'll be sure to keep you updated!

        • No worries, thanks for your efforts!
