  I got a Zinus mattress and one of their storage bedframes last year, and they're both pretty rock solid. Was a bit leery about it because I'm a big bloke, but it doesn't so much as creak if I jump on it with a flying belly flop. Can definitely recommend

  Depending on the mattress this kind of frame can void a mattress' warranty, since each side of the bed can sag with the flexible supports. Better to get a bed with thicker non-flexible slats or one with intermediate supports (so effectively 3 total mid supports for each slat, plus the end supports of the frame).

  Planning to get this but based on the images it looks like there is no slot for the mattress to sit in and it would just sit on top of the bed frame without any support around to prevent the mattress from sliding. I have only bought beds wherein the mattresses stay inside the slot. Can anyone who has got this bed confirm if the mattresses slide easily while trying to get into the bed or is the mattress weight quite heavy that it would prevent any movement?

  Have received mine. Can confirm, no squeaks or noise. Very happy with it. Assembly is quite well labelled and the ratchet tool they include is neat. Good value. A coupler of spots where the paint coat looks a bit off (steel underneath visible) but only noticed when assembling, can't see it anywhere now.

  Also, for those interested, the clearance under the bed is ~30cm.
