Wouldn't you be better paying an extra $80 and getting an RX6750 XT?

    • +6

      yes most definitely

    • +5

Umart actually has the 6750 xt dual for $589 so absolutely 100% yes

Well nvidia gpu has use cases other than gaming, but yes if your primary concern is $/fps then yes that offer is better.

Yep, or grabbing the only slightly slower 6700 for $419.

Disappointing that the 3060 TI hasn't budged in the last 6 months. Preparing us for a $799 4060 ti, presumably…

      • that's what I did. after years in team green corner, 6700 for $419 is just impossible to resist. solid 1440p card

      • its why i bought preowned back in august last year, it just didnt change for so long, and sure enough it never really dropped far

    • if you only care about raw FPS, yes.
but in general, i would still go for Nvidia for maximum compatibility.

Good deal if you want to stick to Nvidia.

or add an extra $400 for a whole build from Enigma PC?

    4070 release 13 April, $599 USD
Hold if can, will see more price drops soon hopefully.

    • +2

That is 900 aud with terrible currency conversion right now and about 1000 aud tax included for a reference card. With the 4070Ti hitting <1200 recently that card is really in bad spot at launch.

      • yep, 4000 are there just to give ppl the illusion that 3000 has better value.

      • i mean 4070 ti msrp is $799, and look at what happened with the price on that. 4070 ti price will likely push 4070 down too

  • There's still sellers asking this price for second hand cards on ebay etc.
