was looking for Amazon daily deals and came across this ELEPHAS projector currently on special for $ 131.99 prime exclusive deal , Regular price @179.99 , reviews looks pretty decent .Bought one and will give it a go.

      Yeah that looks better,but still only 1080p "support", still only 720p resolution in it's description

    Beware these are cheaply made. They will:
    Get super hot
    Need near darkness
    Blur towards the screen edges
    Often have a black dot in the centre
    Have laggy picture over sound
    If you can live with those, you get good value for money.
    I would personally suggest a second hand Epson with low bulb usage. I bought an industrial WUXGA Epson with crazy lumens for $200. So good.

      or other quality control issues with dirt, mirror, pixels eventuating dots around the projected picture

        Nearish centre. Usually burnt lcd due to heat and cheap components
