To claim:

To claim, click REGISTER NOW and follow the prompts to the Online Claim Form page, input the requested details and submit the fully completed Online Claim Form within fourteen (14) days of the date that you purchased your Participating Product. All Online Claim Forms must be submitted by 11:59 pm AEST on 14 September 2012.
You must provide the valid serial number of your Participating Product when submitting your Online Claim Form. If you have not received your Participating Product by this date, tick the box on the Online Claim Form to indicate this. You must then provide us with the valid serial number of your Participating Product within seven (7) days of taking delivery of your Participating Product.
You must either upload and attach a scanned copy of your original purchase receipt for your Participating Product prior to submitting the Online Claim Form; or upload a scanned copy of the original purchase receipt for your Participating Product via the Track Claim page after having submitted your Online Claim Form; or send in a copy of your original purchase receipt for your Participating Product, by mail to “Samsung Notebook Gift Card Promotion”, PO Box 1632, North Sydney, NSW 2059. We must receive a copy of the original purchase receipt within fourteen (14) days of you submitting your Online Claim Form.
