Had a confirmation last night for 2 bottles and 2 glasses for $208.
Went into Warrick Farm(NSW) and the manager came out saying there was a mix up and I should have had an email or call to say so. Unlucky I had to go in to find out….
Now to wait 7 days for the refund I assume?
lastnight I searched for and clicked on JW 18yr white label, it showed detailed info plus the bundle options (bottle + fevertree + glass) unticked fevertree and clicked to add items. 2 items added to cart, total of $13.99
so I checked out, paid with paypal for click and collect.
This morning I get the text to say its ready for pick-up (I thought no way?!)
went into the store and saw two guys also waiting to pick-up orders, both were told about pricing errors, both had ordered multiple bottles.
Staff member hands me my order, and manager stops her, said that my order is likely in the same boat as these other two orders. He checked his PC (I could see mutiple orders being flagged in red).
Manager checked my order and said mine went through at the correct price and handed me my order.
That's what I got. I feel like they give away a bottle or two per person as long as we buy the glass from them. I guess they cancel those who make massive orders.
Lucky me I ordered 2x and picked up one in the evening and the other one before the store is close
I think they flagged any order of two of the same bottle + glass, I only ordered one bottle + glass
I am still waiting for my $13.99 Yamazaki 12 YO to move past "awaiting picking"….not expecting good news but I might drop instore if my order remains when the noise dies down a bit after a few days.

@sky42856: You might need to click to see the update. I got a message and an email that confirmed ready pick up. It can be anytime within 7 days. Had them directed to my boot.
@Bii: No dice, they checked in store and even tried to get call-centre to push through but call-centre wouldn't. Value is probably too high haha. Still walked away with 2 lots of Glengoyne so still happy.
I don't even see the bundle options come up anymore…

Picked up ok today 2x Glengyone and the glass (I had selected Friday as my collect date).
My order was on delivery. I get a message saying order was delivered. Turns out they caught it and had it delivered back to store mid delivery… only single bottle with glass
That sucks mate. Seems to be no rhyme or reason to this deal. I had another order go through that I'm not going to pick up in Toowoomba if anyone missed out in my region.
Just picked mine up. 1 bottle 1 glass. No issues. Sat in the store for bout 4days. Guess they don't care about 1 bottle.
