  • 4GB Graphics (2 x 2GB Gigabyte ATI HD 6670 PCI-E 2.1 2GB 128-bit DDR3 - Crossfired)

Rep, do you know that crossfired cards' VRAM does not add up? 2 x 2GB card still have a total of 2GB VRAM when crossfired.

And 6670 is such a low end graphics card.

  • Hey Binks,
For crossfire set-ups they only work to the full 4GB capacity in full screen mode (EG a video game). In full screen mode it will use both 2GB VRAM modules as one. In standard windows mode (EG web surfing or watching a video) the cards will work invidually giving you 2x 2GB cards, but both still process simultaneously.

  • HI All
Please select the IN STORE PICKUP Option and we will take care of the FREE Shipping for you

    • Rep, I have selected the same option for the USB Sticks and the order still stayed as Instore Pickup, but never been shipped out. Any chance to get that moving?

      • Hi whocares,
Our sales staff here are aware to still process these orders for shipping once they come through, so if you've completed your order it should all be fine. If you'd like to send us an email with your name or order number we can check the status of your order and let you know. Our post done last week literally had over 200 sales, so there is a bit of a back log on these but we're moving through them.

    • What do we choose if we want to pickup?

  • i thought i saw HD6770 but it was only a HD6670. :(

  • Rather knock that CPU down to a 3.4ghz i5 3450, and use that $100+ saving on the graphics card, should be able to afford a HD7870.

  • Hi Vision Tech

I like the price of this
    http://www.visiontech.com.au/index.php/component/virtuemart/…

I just bought a similar system for $649

It would be helpful to understand the motherboard and PSU in the above system. Also does it have any USB 3.0 ports and is it really only 10/100 LAN not megabit?

    • I bought this pc from them last week it doesnt have usb 3.0 i upgraded the mb to one that did as i needed dvi out put also which the current mb doesnt either was $35 extra

    • Hey GreatWhiteHunter,

Motherboard is the Asrock H61M-VS2, can be upgraded to the Asrock B75-PRO3 for $35 more as Lazer has also said below.

PSU used is a generic 550W Switching PSU, nothing too crazy just a reliable PSU for the machine but this can also be upgraded if you like.
