  @saveonit Do you provide an invoice as I've had in the past trying to re-activate a Kaspersky license after a Windows re-install and made to contact Kaspersky support who require an invoice or image of a retail box to re-activate.

      No, it didn't work and said I had to contact support via ticket and they replied requesting the invoice or image of retail box.

      email I received from the ticket:

      Dear customer,

      Greetings,

      Thank you for contacting Kaspersky.

      We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

      As we check the activation code XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX should be purchased from our website directly www.kaspersky.com and you should have received an email from our sales partner Nexway.

      For us to reset the activation limit we need the following information:

      1) A snapshot (photo) of the 20-character activation code which was sent via email and should indicate by our sales partner Nexway or the order confirmation email from Nexway.

      Please note that anything apart from the official order confirmation email is considered invalid, and therefore is not deemed acceptable.

      If you did not receive the email from our sales partner then we are unable to reset the limit as the license has been used on more devices than permitted and cannot be activated again.

      If it was a recent purchase, you may try getting in touch with the seller for a refund.

    Yes tax invoice is provided on all purchases. You can always re-install as required from your My Kaspersky account. The license allows you full access to add/remove devices and re-install anytime. Thank you.

    I bought from them many times and never had an issue. I even activated from south Africa and could do so using a vpn. So it works

    Yes all our products are authroised by Kaspersky Australia. We only sell Australian licenses.

  I've been using Kaspersky Total Security for several years now and I'm very happy with it. Very light on computer resources, yet gets good reviews from a lot of tech sites including Choice Magazine. I also bought Kaspersky VPN from SaveOnIT when it was on sale. I was really impressed with the Ookla internet speed tests for multiple countries. I was so impressed I bought 2 more 1 year VPN plans and according to my Kaspersky account I had almost 1,000 days of VPN goodness!
