Are you selling that crap Logan Paul made?

Good for pump. Bad for hair loss, jitters, lack of sleep and gives you anxiety

    • Is that exclusive to this brand or pre-workouts in general have these side-effects?

      • -4

The legal ones pretty much give you no effect. The ones with weird ingredients not approved by FDA or Australian laws give you the tingles. Short summary they give you a great pump but the next day you go back to looking unpumped. Best thing is to thailand get some bayer (german made imported as its legal there) grade test enthate do a few cycles enjoy a long holiday

          Wow what terrible advice.

        • Im currently using applied nutrition ABE all black, i do het the tingles but not much of energy bump tbh.

          • @Raven1366: Look the truth is many of your idols are on steroids they'll never tell you because you take it incorrectly or dont train properly and eat properly or get addicted or get bad gear you'll blame them for it. When you're in your 20s you'll take all these pre workouts thinking youll be like your idol only to realise it wasnt just "proper diet" or technique that got them there. DYOR and stop following false idols. Look at the amount of people liver king fooled.

            • @iamthecaptainnow: I appreciate your suggestions and have seen what you said with the young adults in their 20s. My case is a bit different though, i was after something to give me the energy boost needed at the end of the day to go to the gym. Being in mid 30s, with many injuries that have barley healed it feels like i start my mornings with energy deficit.

@iamthecaptainnow: To be fair, it has become much more mainstream for influencers to say they are on the juice nowadays. The problem is all of the teen's and early 20's on insta and tik tok who are openly saying it which leads to younger teenagers doing it.

@Raven1366: The tingles and sometimes itch is caused by beta alanine. It is generally a harmless side-effect. Most pre-workouts contain this and is allowed from a legal point of view in Australia as well as most professional sporting laws.

If you don't want tingles, then I would suggest finding a pre-workout without beta alanine.

        • No affect? Main ingredient is caffeine which definitely has an effect. Beta alanine is what gives you tingles. You have no idea what you’re on about.

Do some real reading to form your opinion and not off some bargain board with "professors" giving you free advice.

Tell me you don't like beta alanine without telling me.
