    Thx Op, got one.

  • I have this lamp and I like it. You can choose between warm white and cool white, and also adjust the brightness. Plus, it looks great in terms of style

  • Cute! Got one. It coming with a rechargeable 18650 battery is very handy and helped justify the purchase :~)

  • Thanks OP, bought one for our Camper Trailer. We have a Coleman lantern, however the battery is getting a bit tired, 400 lumens does seem a bit optimistic, and micro-USB adapters seem to be getting thin on the ground.

thanks op got 2 stacked with the welcome10 + stacked with 10% GC from shopback last week, i think you get get 5% gcs on shopback through some swap card atm.

    • I got 2 with BIRTHDAY10, then got another 2 after opening/playing with one from the original purchase.
At $20 each its pretty decent deal.

I just got one and it's pretty good. $25 is a good deal for this.
Don't know about 800 lumens but it does light up bedroom pretty good
It seems less bright that my lightbulb which i think is 800 lumens but it might be because the lantern doesn't have as good placement. I dunno, but the difference isnt that big. Diffuser is okay. There's a brighter spot around the bottom but it's not doing nothing.

Side of the box says it's 2x18650 batteries.
Dunno about the battery life claims. The box says 2.5 - 95 hours. Also it says IP44 waterproof but then says "do not expose directly to rain or water".
Also it says "please charge every 3 months if stored away for a long time". and "only charge with the 5v DC adaptor (not included)" and has a picture of some ghetto looking adapter, but it works fine with a couple different USB ports i've tried so maybe there's information from a previous revision mixed in here.

And that's about all the extra info I have.

I guess on top of some of what is stated here. The output seems to be constant current, I can't detect PWM unless its SUPER high frequency that isn't easily detected by eyes or cameras.
Not really sure the CCT is 3000k, appears more like 4500k to me.

Doesn't seem to like USB-PD power negotiation, needs to be a USB-A 5v source to start charging immediately from my limited testing.

Other than that, exceptionally good for $25 (or $20 with coupons).

      • Oh yeah can confirm no noticeable flicker.
I even used super slow mo on my phone and there's only some slight stripe patterns on it
My keyboard's backlight goes off like christmas lights when i'm in slow mo and even flickers slightly in 30fps video so it's way better than that.
Edit: I fiddled with the brightness while filming it and the stripe pattern would go left to right then right to left, so i'm pretty sure it's pwm but some kind of really high frequency one.

Just realised Anaconda's website looks fairly similar to Spotlight. Used my Spotlight gift card & it worked on the Anaconda site! Odd but i'll take it.
'WELCOME10' also works. Same promo codes as Spotlight.

A quick google search sheds some light on that one..Spotlight Group

      • Ah that makes sense

    Got one. Thanks op

  • I ordered two of these and both are not working. Like, what are the odds of that!!? It's so annoying!!

It turns on, but can't increase/decrease brightness, and it doesn't have "breathing mode"…

Yes, fully charged and read the instructions.

    • One of mine is doing that intermittently.
Turn it on, then if I don't turn up brightness while I'm holding it (and if it's on either lowest or second lowest setting, the moment I put it down it just reverts to lowest setting and stays there.
I've pulled one down earlier to check what's inside, but it's not the one that is having a problem. So. Might pull him apart later and see if I can find an easy fix.

      • Yeah that's actually the same thing with mine. You need to hold it in and turn the brightness up at the same time.. but as soon as the button is unpressed it goes back to lowest light. I'm planning on returning them and hopefully getting replacements…
