    This may be a stupid question but are cm measurements referring to the length of the shoe on outside or inside, or length of foot. I assume the latter, but does it include space for toes? So for example, a 28cm shoe could be 29cm inside, and 30cm outside, to fit 28cm foot - if that's the case is there a standard toe space allowance?

I bought these last time they were posted here from BHD. Very narrow shoebox imo, the only reason they're somewhat wearable is because I got a size too big on accident. I probably should've returned honestly, the left side is still tight after wearing them a few times…
