      Wouldn't it be better just to change the lens? They are a standard size, and cheap.

  My experience too, IR reflection on the dome, renders night viewing/recording useless.
  Go with turret cameras.

  I have two of these and they're great.

  Yes, I did have the same issue with fog causing IR reflection on the dome. I opened the dome back up and tucked in a couple silica gel packs, it took a couple of weeks for the fog to clear but haven't had any issues with it reappearing since.

  Turret cameras get fog too and can be harder to remedy.

      I'm pretty sure you have to remove the dome to set the angle of the camera so warranty shouldn't be affected.
