Filco Majestouch Convertible 2 BT/USB TKL Mechanical Keyboard with Cherry Red Switch $125 + Delivery ($0 SYD C&C) @ Mwave

140

This is a pretty good price for durable and well-made keyboard with Cherry switches. It doesn't come with the greatest stock keycaps or have hot swappable switches, but these keyboards are really built to last and feel great to type on.

$20 off delivery with mVIP.

OMG!! NO RGB!! HAVE AN UPVOTE! LOL
Since there is no rgb and no 'gaming' in the title, this isn't a gaming-grade keyboard! Lmao jokes

throwback to the days when mechanical keyboards were just really good keyboards, not silly things with 100 features

    • These are great keyboard, in fact they are my favourite keyboard with cherry blue/brown.

      • Exactly, purchased a 108 brown switch from Amazon Japan 4 years ago for $300 ish, absolutely loving it. Last weekend I replaced the keycaps with the recent ducky PBT deal, can't be happier to make it brand new again.

I doubt they would sell a single one of this…. old style… laggy bluetooth…. not hot swappable… this would be a good deal 5 years ago…..

beside, type feeling on these aren't as good as the same gen minila… let alone keychrons…

    • I might just buy one to prove you wrong

Yup, would rather a hot swappable K8 for a bit less, or a V1 V3 for a bit more if you don't care about wireless.

Based on my experience I mostly agree. Back in the day I was looking for a wireless tkl Mechanical keyboard and this was the only option. Paid $200. The kb would always go to sleep after 30mins or so and it would take a few key presses to wake up and restablish connection. This feature can't be turned off and was very annoying. After a couple of years it started ghosting. I then used it permanently plugged in and eventually it stopped working all together. 200 bucks down the drain meh.

Nowadays for the price there are plenty of decent tkl wireless kb's around. Cherry mx switches aren't the be all and end all like they used to be. This Filco kb still uses a mini usb cable so yes, it's pretty old.

      • thank you saved me $125

Agreed, this is too dated now, and missing too many standard features the competition now offer.

5 Years too late this deal like you said.

  • Bought a Razer Blackwidow Elite from Amazon before and returned because the volume dial failed after a year. Hope this one can last longer.
