                    @gameskeysoz: This is strictly my opinion, but I think you could improve your business by:

                    • When using a community driven site like Ozbargain, better assess what constitutes a deal. For example: Have a look at the product tag before posting
                    • you need to work a bit on communications with customers based of Google Reviews
                    • general improvement to communication, including here. I would be extremely hesitant to buy from your business based on just the response here. Generally, I take what an owner is like into account. There are a few niche products that I want but I won't purchase due to the brand's owner having a bad attitude and also having meltdowns at customers.

      We dont pay for good reviews. We have over 29000 orders so far in last 9 years :) Only 200ish orders of these are still waiting for customers to be sent as they are pre-orders
      Yes it is run from my home. I do not have a shop and wont be getting one any time soon
