Amazon cashback shows in my SB account now, but stuck on ‘calculating’. Hopefully the full cashback + $3 bonus and 2% Westpac bonus will be revealed soon.

Normally wouldn’t bother me but with 20% cashback on a sizeable purchase I need to know it is confirmed before using the product. Hope Amazon can improve tracking times in the future.

Our Westpac tracked, the Amazon Flash sale has 2 rows with 1 still calculating, the 23 Apr challenge already marked as failed, eventhough we spent over $30 :(
If the 20% is not honored due to Premium Beauty, it looks misleading to me since premium beauty is included in beauty, and the advertisement is 20% cashback on "beauty", no clear indication that premium beauty is not included. SHOPBACK please take your responsibility.

yeah, got 2 items, 1 still stuck at calculating
Calculated and $3 bonus accomplished. But never got my 2% Westpac bonus..
So purchased first time S&S palmolive foaming refills and palmolive hand sanitizer, both under Beauty on 23/04, until today click activity still showing as pending, and none of the 20% or 2% westpac or $3 tracked at all. Very annoyed as it has been more than 2 weeks.
I got 1 that has a dollar amount and 1 still pending. Challenge says completed but reward pending. But in my 'pending' challenges section there's a few completed but reward pending back to June last year :/
