Lenovo: 15% Cashback (Uncapped) @ TopCashback AU

110

Lenovo 15% Cashback (Uncapped).

What will stop me getting my cashback

  • Purchases via the Lenovo Education Store, Outlet Store and any Employee Purchase Programs such as corporate partner stores are ineligible for cashback.
  • Assisted or negotiated deals via phone/email/chat are ineligible for cashback.
  • Purchases using codes imported from other sites, or clicks made from 3rd party plugins, newsletters, banners, advertising etc. are ineligible for cashback. Cashback is however eligible on codes generated officially by Lenovo on its website, even though they may not be listed on TopCashback, provided last click before purchase is from TopCashback.
  • The portion of payments made using MyLenovo Rewards Points and/or any Lenovo credits are ineligible for cashback.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of gift cards for payment and/or purchase of gift cards.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.

What else is essential

  • Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.
  • You must always return to TopCashback and click the pink cashback button through to the retailer's website for each new transaction. Ensure the TopCashback link is the last one used to visit the retailer's website prior to completing your purchase.
  • Any accounts that engage in fraudulent orders/activities to game/cheat the cashback system will be banned and cashback forfeited.

Good to know

  • Cashback is eligible on codes generated officially by Lenovo on its website, even though they may not be listed on TopCashback, provided last click before purchase is from TopCashback.
  • Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.
  • If an order is cancelled / returned / exchanged / modified, it will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account.
  • To be eligible for cashback, all transactions must be completed solely & wholly online and must not be assisted/negotiated via phone/chat/email. Failure to do so will cause tracking to fail and/or have cashback declined.

  • Are purchases via Lenovo Pro Business Store included in the cash back?

    • +1

Will check with the rep and get back to you.

      • While you’re checking, what about the spare parts store? https://support.lenovo.com/au/en/parts-lookup/clearance-sale…

There are the central elements of interesting home projects in there. LCD panels, laptop boards, AIO boards, server parts, etc.

        • +1

@bob19 @yak Confirmed with the rep & Lenovo. Both Lenovo Pro and Spare Parts stores are eligible for cashback as long as you follow the other T&Cs such as no rep ID, no further discount applied etc.

You can also get $5 cashback with this TA/TCB offer that ends today.

    • Yes. Though our account manager hounds me every time and asks me why I removed his rep ID cause the rep ID will make the transaction ineligible for cashback which is kinda annoying.

  • Wonder if I should wait for the next 20% cashback

  • Shopback seems doesn't exclude any Education, Outlet, etc in T&C. Anybody know if this is the case?

    Cashrewards & TopCashback does.

    • apparently shopback doesn't track on education store as per this comment

      • @zubzero T&Cs are from the retailers and apply to all cashback sites including ShopBack. As mentioned in my Lenovo/ShopBack post, ShopBack seems to have removed some of the Lenovo specific T&Cs recently although they were listed before and would still apply.

  • When does this expire?

  • There is a current deal where if you add $1 you get a monitor etc, would this invalidate the cashback? Thanks

    • +1

I asked the rep who checked with Lenovo. The $1 monitor deal is valid for cashback as it is an add on you can select.

  • Will the 5% welcome discount (code provided by Lenovo which can be applied to the cart before check out) invalidate the cashback of the whole transaction?

    • Cashback may be rejected as it's not an auto-applied code.

      • Thank you.

  • +2

Be aware that on some laptops there is an extra 8% discount applicable that doesnt show when you are browsing the site with adblockers on.Just relaized when i disabled everything to get my purchase tracked

    • Do you know if adding this extra discount is allowed for the cashback, or will it invalidate the cashback?

      • It tracked but still pending to be approved. In the t&cs said that existing coupons on the website were ok . Red below comment from trixieb

        • Thanks! There's another 16% cashback for Lenovo today, and I was wondering if existing coupons on the site but required users to click to apply were valid. Seems like the 5% newsletter signup will invalidate the cashback, but the on-site 8% coupon is allowed.

          • @Eragus: Go for it! I recorded the whole thing on video as well in case they decide to invalidate or if it doesn't track. It's worth the effort when you are getting a big cashback ($300+ on my case)

            • @pichxlonco: Good idea, will definitely do a screen capture when I make the purchase with Top Cashback. Thanks for your help!

  • There is also a 'Cart Threshold Discount' button that you can click - will this invalidate the cashback?

    • I checked with the rep. Lenovo replied that there shouldn’t be a button for Cart Threshold discount. They don’t have any cart offer in AU at the moment, only NZ.

The cart threshold discount is usually for promotions like ‘Get extra $x off when you spend over $x’ and is auto-applied, so it won’t affect cashback.

      • +1

Thanks for your help! Better not click it then - it adds an extra 10% off but will end up paying more if the cashback is invalid.

      • Interesting that i was able to see that promotion on the 13th after clicking to the Lenovo site from topcashback, which was the AU site. Maybe some intern made a mistake and enabled it for au as well as nz

  • Hope mine goes through, if yes, I get about $400 off my X1 Carbon
