Last time there was a eBay Sale I found an AU reseller which was selling about $64 off their price for eBay plus members brining the the price for AirPods Pro Gen 2 down to around $324 which is almost the cheapest I’ve seen - I think $318 for eBay Plus members was the cheapest I’d seen for AU genuine stock, alas both were resellers I had never heard of before. I guess if you buy and find out from AppleCare the S/N aren’t genuine stock you could potentially return them??
Yes you can return within 30 days. I also bought an airpod for a too good to be true price and took it to an apple store to verify and found out that it is fake. Opened a case on ebay and seller send a return shipping label.. and got the full refund when it was returned to the seller

@CVonC: No, it was a single item for sale by a personal seller on ebay. If the price is too good to be true then probably it is a trap. I was amazed to see how they have even used a genuine apple serial number in the production..
